I already bought this game for my surface tablet...I wonder if it carries over to xb1??

It's called hype...people bought into this "for the gamer" marketing term.
I still suggest getting both systems but next year is the year to get a ps4...RIGHT NOW it is a boring console.
Its not a fake video but, like mhunterjr said. The game was not being played on its home console, even the console owner stated this. If you are not playing a digital game on the home console, it will ask you to verify that you are the owner/connect to the internet.
Almost the same thing happens with the 360, you have to be connected to the internet to play digital games that were not downloaded on the original console.
You opinion is you opinion, but some of us are youtubers with a following or trying to build one. Also some people just want to share there experiences with friends and family.
You can record an experience and literally send someone a link to watch it or post it on a website of your choice. Its pretty cool!

Totally agree with you and the author. While the system is great, it needs some fine tuning, especially with the party system.
It sux that we have to do a hard reboot, like a cell phone every week or two, but I have no doubt that these are launch window issues that will be fixed over time.

I can tell you, after owning both that that in a real world scenario the resolution difference is barely noticeable, if playing both games at the same time, you may be able to see a slight difference when you pause the game.
IMO there is not a single game that shows that the ps4 is "better" than the xb1. In all honesty the xb1 is offering a better next gen gaming experience than the ps4. The system feels and operates more like something new.

I owned a ps4, but got rid of it for now, because of its weak game selection.
It also has more and better new next gen games.
At the moment the xb1 is offering a better gaming experience...which is kind of ironic.
