i could be wrong, but im almost positive that was a pulse sensor. i never used such a device on a gun, but i remember reading an article that stated pulses are the easiest and most efficient way for weeding out people in the cold since the air is less dense and certain tech have microscopic vibratio sensors to pick it up. im never wielded guns with attachments like that, but im sure thats what it is.
w@w was garbage on the wii. the graphics made me cringe as i played it on my beautiful 40 inch LCD, the sound was amazingly weak, the controls sucked even after you mastered them, no voice chat, and a cheap ass on rails co op mode. the only people who would want this are wii only owners because the HD console/PC versions absolutely blows away anything that IW could do for the Wii.
"Splinter Cell Conviction with CGI graphics only on Microsoft platforms you won't see these kind of graphics on the Ps3."
lol you're kidding right? never mind, i already know the certain company you pole ride any second you have the chance to.
are so annoying. i want hands-on!
for me it was after mario party 2 or 3 where i realized this game was going downhill. nintendo blew my expectations away, i didn't think they were going to go all the way up to a mario party 9.
he is so right man. juggernaut and martyrdom are by far the worst perks in the game. sure you can play hardcore, but that's a completely different style of gameplay thanks to friendly fire and no radar. would you play a game of hardcore team deathmatch on shipment with that martyrdom perk? don't think so. as much as i love hardcore matches, there are times where i would like to play on normal modes and rely on a HUD for enemy fire. there is also the fact that there is no killcam and a t...
i know what you mean. imagine how lame mario party would be if all they did was add a new number to it's sequels...oh wait a minute.
maybe that new ps3 price drop/slim model wasn't revealed because they wanted to bundle the slim model with these new motion controls. think about it, they want to go against nintendo now with their motion controls but the wii's price point would still sound like a better choice since it's cheaper. if sony advertised a price drop, slim model, and then this new motion tech; it could be good business for the ps3.
just a theory.
10,000 people isn't enough to stop production of this game. the game is going to sell millions and valve knows it, they don't care if a very small and minuscule percentage won't buy the game.
it's still a bit outrageous however. i would've liked it if they just said all of left 4 dead 2's content was going to be DLC or something. we already paid 50 bucks (PC) for a short game, why pay another if it's just going to be as much as content as the last one? bad sequel in my opinio...
means less/cheaper materials will be used for producing the ps3 which inevitably lowers the overall price value for the console. right now it costs like 400 something bucks to create a ps3; the slim model could possibly bring the whole price down by 100 bucks. cause and effect my friend.
EDIT: as for the pspGo! costing more than the regular psp's, part of what you said is true but there is also the fact the psp has built in 16gig flash memory and a blue tooth device.
we're almost there.
this is bullsh!t. i'm just glad everything else is free.
i wish i buy my consoles when bundles like these are released. i have the 80 gig with the same price as this (i think) and it doesn't come with a game. dammit.
one time i was playing call of duty world at war with this chick online and she sucked ass, but it was a hell of a lot of fun talking to her. she was real cool and down to earth. i think it's because she isn't so obsessed with video games like half the 12 year old little boys i come across online.
i like people like her online. they don't talk sh!t or brag when you get a +25 kill spread (i get this all the time on cod and people rag on me so it works vise versa), they're not...
activision wishes for them to stay the same, but lower the cost of the consoles. well screw you activision. the consoles cost the way they are because of it's production value. hell, the ps3 is still losing like 40 bucks a pop on the ps3. that's just greedy because a console costs about as much as the value and content is within the system while a game could've been a half ass title still priced at 60 bucks when it's not worth it. how about lowering the prices of your games that don't se...
i didn't find E3's demo of this game too appealing.
i think they should've released a teaser trailer of ingame footage.

now this video blew my mind away. why couldn't sony do an updated version of this same trailer?
that thing is amazing. reminds me of those futuristic military/sci-fi movies where the general is panning LED screens in mid air and drawing coordinates on a virtual plane. pretty impressive. won't be used for gaming anytime soon. it'd be fun for chess.
i was a veteran for liking the psp, but whatever, i like the sound of it.
but i would prefer them saying "XBL gold accounts are now free!"
i love 360 games, but i just have a hard time owning multiple consoles and trying to pay as much attention to both of them. i want to play online with both consoles, but i got to pay for the 360 and i have this issue that i end up not getting my money's worth because i'm too busy with other stuff. and then there's the hardware reliability that i have a bigger issue with.
i would so buy anoth...
even though quake wars enemy territories ended up having average reviews for consoles, the teamwork made the game immensely fun. you actually had to communicate with your teammates to get the job done. if someone was a medic but needed an assault person to destroy a vault, your teammate yells, "i need assault!" and you reply "i'm on the way." after you destroy the vault, you need a covert ops to hack the computer so you ask for a covert ops and while he's hacking, he ye...
