i remember the n-gage. that thing sucked more d!ck than the prostitutes down on the corner of downtown san diego, california.
i beat all the levels and they gave me a password.
at the menu, push the key "w" and then type "thanks."
pretty boring game however.
i'm back on the call of duty bandwagon. the gameplay enough looks great for a sequel but i wasn't expecting the killstreak customization options. pretty nice. i hope there are more new features.
what are you? some Activision aficionado? it doesn't matter if i buy their games or not, they're still grade-A butt holes who milk any successful series to the dirt. they don't cater to gamers, they support gimmicks and cheap novelty items with a side of generic mediocrity.
the only games activision has is the guitar hero series and the call of duty series. without them, they're nothing. they don't stress to actually make good games, they just want to throw out games that th...
1) Guitar Hero: Legends of Rock, GH World Tour, GH5, GH Aerosmith, GH Metallica, GH Smash Hits, GH Van Halen, GH On Tour, GH Modern Hits, COMING SOON: Band Hero, DJ Hero, GH Arcade
2) Suing developers of Brutal Legend to cancel it
3) Tried to turn Brutal Legend into another Guitar Hero game
4)Activision cries at all console platforms to lower the cost of their systems
5) Activision head honcho tells Sony (again) to lower cost of console even...
both are doing really well for the latter half of the year but overall i think 2009 was the ps3's year
killzone 2
infamous
MLB the show
demon's soul
MAG (i don't care what a retailer says, sony still listed it for '09)
ratchet and clank
i guess ninja gaiden sigma 2 but i was never amazed by NG2
uncharted 2 (what game looks this good?)
fat princess (don't knock it just because i...
maybe the footage will spark my interest in the series again.
i don't know how you got so many disagrees. those are definitely bullshots. look at the third pic especially, the background looks almost real. and when i played the game, it never had that good of aliasing and lighting effects. definitely not in game but it would've been nice if resistance 2 did look like that.
i almost always see it for 30 bucks even used at gamestop but maybe they brought the price down since the last time i went there. i'm definitely going to buy it and i've got passed the learning curve on the demo (apparently there was auto-aim the whole time so i didn't have to actually aim at somebody like most games) and it's pretty addicting even on just that one map i played.
thanks for the info.
youtube still doesn't offer 1080p streaming, just 720p. even then, the bitrate of most HD videos on youtube are pretty choppy and still need fixing especially if you have low bandwidth and/or low system specs.
not only that, you're most likely on a monitor smaller than 20 inches with a 4:3 screen ratio. i'm not saying that's the case for you, but you can't compare youtube's HD streaming on a computer monitor when we're mainly talking about 1080p resolution on a HD tv atleast bi...
if downloading/streaming is going to finish blu-ray off, then i guess both legal and illegal digital distribution of movies, music, and games should've stopped CD and DVD formats years ago. funny how none of those physical media's are obsolete and they been around for decades longer than blu ray.
if i remembered correctly, i saw like a 200% increase in BD this year or something like that despite it being roughly new technology. blu ray is doing what DVD did to VHS, slowly but su...
as long as the game is like battlefield where you could play it for hours on end and still fill fresh, i will be loving this game.
my only gripe so far about this game are the graphics (yes yes, it's an MMO i already know that) and the sound of the guns. for me, the guns have to shoot nice, feel nice, sound nice, cool reload animations, everything. that's probably the biggest issue i have with a FPS is if the controls feel intuitive, the aiming mechanics is sensible and works, ...
warhawk was 15 bucks. i usually see it for 30 everywhere else. can someone tell me if that's a good deal or not because i really love the warhawk online demo.
but i think they're picking up a lot of momentum with Home and it should get better. i mean two nights ago i was in the Buzz trivia room and it was awesome. really unique, never thought it would've happened for home.
and then i joined the Namco room where you can play the arcade games (still a rip off though since you have to have the demo or full game to play them) but i met this guy named Electric_Nerd and he was a very hilarious, sarcastic, and witty person. he was giving e...
dude, anyone can play cod no problem. it's too damn easy.
those bastards!
but Too Human was Too Sh!tty for me.
maybe the second one will redeem itself like killzone 2 did for killzone.
dude, the graphics are awesome and it's suppose to be open world like fallout 3. and knowing idsoftware, the shooting mechanics will actually be good (bethesda fails at making a real time FPS, the VAT system was the only thing that made the game not impossible to play).
something tells me this is running on PC tech, but i think this will cream fallout 3.
it's only "nerdy" and anti-social if you don't know how to balance your time and social life. i remember when i was a little kid, i moved to the navy housing in san diego, CA and i invited like 15 kids over to my house just to play some tekken on my first few days in california. we became new friends, i met A LOT more people through them, school started, played flag football, played outside everyday, played games at night yadda yadda. not anti-social at all in my opinion.
i think killzone 2 already passed 2 million sales. still pretty good that fable 2 is closing in on 3 million, but i think killzone 2 will reach it at a faster rate from what they've sold so far.
