Award is a joke. Witcher 3, great game for casuals thats all.
Should be BB hands down.
How to murder a franchise in one easy step. This is damage control pure n simple.
Hololens vs vr. Really? VR wins every day of the week. Hololens isnt even in the same ballpark. Looks like MS getting further and further behind lol. Hololens is a poor compromise tbh.
Lol at all the xbots trolling jrpg's. Xbox dont need em apparently. Not surprised xbone is struggling away from the US and non existant in Japan.
Review seems pretty spot on. Seems like ea have shoehorned every despicable practice they could get away with hiding behind a glossy Star Wars paint job. All style with no substance. Glad I went with Fallout 4, its almost the polar opposite to battlefront. Not the prettiest gal at the party but more fun than a box of monkeys. Theres probably more content in the first couple of hours of Fallout than the whole of battlefront tbh. 30 plus hours in and I still feel like I haven't even scratch...
7th heaven.
Demon's Souls. Yeeeeeees.
My body is ready.
Now both consoles are the same price, it looks like MS has lost their final bastion in the US, even with xbones 'strongest line up ever'. It was inevitable really, as predicted and just a matter of time.
Its gonna be even worse next year when the PS4 bombs start to drop along with psvr.
Apart from a few qte's, Beyond barely qualifies as a game. For this type of experience to work you need an exceptional story and script of which this game has neither. As a PS4 owner even I couldn't defend this title. Don't understand how it even got a remaster or such stalwart defense. 4/10 is probably about right tbh.
The only places this could happen is US and maybe UK. Theres more chance of MS ending this gen asap and trying again. The xbone is so US centric its almost like MS only really care about their home turf. If they want to make a comeback they need to appeal to a wider demographic next time.
Bloodborne no contest.
@purp, its not just about the games out now but also the stuff coming out in the future which is looking pretty awesome for PS4 tbh. Xbone? not so much.
32 million in 2 years whew. Thats just crazy numbers and only just getting started tbh. So much to look forward to next year as well, psvr is looking sweet and great new ip's such as Horizon and Wild will help to reinforce the domination.
Had mine since launch, seems I backed the right horse and then some.
@unholy, tbh vr isn't as isolationist as you are implying. For instance, my brother lives around 100 miles from me. Currently we both play together on PS4 and communicate via headsets in the traditional way. However with psvr we can be in the same game together along with other friends as well. How awesome is that. Anything but isolationist if you ask me.
Hell of a lot of concern trolling in this article tbh. Definitely some worried fanboys out there lol. Can't wait ...
Mmmm cosplay.
Agreed. Game is awesome, just haven't had much chance to play it yet. Also got Divinity and Wasteland 2 on the go plus Bloodborne expansion next week.
Need more time.
Well deserved. Fallout 4 is badass, loving it so far.
Halo 5 sold well as expected, didn't shift many xbones as expected. Pretty much it was bought mainly by people who already own xbones as expected.
Lol at the hypocrisy. Talk about 180's. What happened to 'we play games not sales'. Xbox fanboys are the biggest goalpost moving hypocrites on this site.
Its ONE MONTH out of the WHOLE YEAR, yeah great victory lol.
Xbone on a comeback, AGAIN lol. Smh.
Dream on.
Scalebound may have 'global appeal' but xbone, never.
