they are not making this game for consoles truly

this was a pc exclusive with absolutely no consideration paid to consoles at all

the devs had given up on next gen, just like with skyrim, which was intended for next gen systems and pc, but when they were finished with the pc version and there were no next gen consoles they decided to just retrofit (downgrade to hell) the pc version for last gen consoles, hence, they look and run like crap on 360/ps3

all games are made on pc, then simply scaled to whatever console they are going to

for ps3/360 they turn EVERYTHING to lowest possible settings, gimp resolution to 704p, and turn off many effects

for ps4/xbox1 they set everything to high-medium, and set the resolution to something like 860p

for pc, it can do anything from 600p lowest settings
720p medium
1080p high
1440 and very high

glad to see the wii u getting some attention from devs, it certainly is more powerful than the old tired 8 year old ps3 and 360

that said, having played the pc version maxed out in dx11 with everything cranked, it makes every game shown on ps4 and xbox1 look last gen

this looks like absolute garbage

no wonder they are giving this away for free

the fact you got 1000 sales is a miracle

this is an extremely niche title that doesn't lend itself to mass sales

had you bothered to code an ai to duel against maybe you would have gotten 3000 sales if you were lucky

but it doesn't look or sound particularly interes...

the ps4 has a 1.6 ghz cpu

a LAPTOP gpu on par with a 7870m (the "m" means mobile and it is nothing like the 7870 - 10.5 inch card that uses a 500 watt power supply just to run, ps4 gpu is a tiny little chip made for laptops)

this is why bf4 is NOT going to be native 1920x1080
this is why it will not have all the graphical features of the pc version
this is why it will only run at 25-35 frames per second (less in very intense scenes)

lol, he's just sad his version is sub-hd, covered in jaggies, screen tearing and hideous textures and will NEVER have mods

those of us with a brain are waiting for the pc version, I may rent it for ps3 or 360 (whichever looks and runs better)

but that is just to hold me off for the REAL version, the PC glorious master race perfect looking native 1920x1080 16x anti aliasing, dx11, tessellation, looks better than ps4/xbox1 could ever dream of running it version ...

keep telling yourself that, bf4 is sub-1080p with effects turned way down on ps4, its 1080p and up on pc on a $200 gpu

and skyrim, with the right mods on pc, DESTROYS EVERYTHING shown gameplay wise for ps4 and xbox1

shit was NOT smooth for 7-10 years by any stretch of the imagination

you just cannot admit, a console is an awful pc, missing 90% of the features

and in the long run, it will cost you MORE money than an UBER high end pc would

sony might be the ones in trouble, if bf4 and cod ghosts are both better on xbox1, the two biggest shooters of the year, the two games that matter the most (btw killzone is insignificant) if ms gets their logo on all the adverts and has the better perfoming and looking versions of those games

sony will be hurting until they actually start to get some good games that favor...

killzone, meh

racing games are not my thing, nor sports,

knack looks cute, that's the problem, I don't like cute games, i'd play it with my nephews for a few hours hanging out with them

and while killzone is a very good shooter, I enjoyed part 2 very much, 3 was a letdown and bf4 will be a far better game than kz sf, and I can get that on pc with much better graphics ...

it doesn't even need consoles to succeed at all, they were never developing it with consoles in mind, it just happened that finally, after 8 long years, the overlords at ms and sony decided to drop new consoles and the devs said screw it, lets throw it on there too, sure it will look and run like crap compared to the pc version, just like skyrim, but who cares, we'll make extra $$$
