There should be no doubt that MS will probably launch first. They are in a much better position financially and their hardware has been out longer. Plus all evidence is showing that the next xbox is further along in development .
It because sony has shitty release schedules and they suck at advertising. The xbox exclusives are more enjoyable and have a stronger fan base.
And for you fanboys saying Uncharted has sold 18 mil on PS3, they haven't. More like 13 million.....while the gears series on xbox 360 has sold over 18 million. That alone beats any exclusive series on ps3.

Total PR stuff right there. 6 years on the market now for them. We may be still be getting games but they won't be offering anything we haven't seen already. Sony latest comments lead me to believe that they wont be launching til around 2014 or later.
neck and neck...I doubt it. Even if that were true, what took them so long? Xbox is on its seventh year. Don't use the year advance excuse because PS3 has been out long enough to have surpassed them by now.....even with the xbox hardly selling next to anything in sony's homeland japan, they still lead sony.
When are they gonna make playing big games in pes and fifa actually mean something. Playing a season in both are so boring and lack any life or excitement like the real game does. All games you play are really no different than playing a friendly or exhibition match. If two teams are in a race for the title, then the actual season final games should reflect that. All we seem to get is minor gameplay changes from both each year and they both forget about the little things that make the game so...

they just can't stand the fact that sony is in last place this gen. I think it really bothers them that MS has stolen a huge chunk of marketshare. Sony isn't monopolizing the market anymore. MS is clearly not sega. I remember they laughed and said good luck when MS announced that they were gonna enter the game console industry before they launched xbox.I bet they aren't laughing now.
