All you'll need to do is think about the time of quest. They probably going into detail ....saving someone from a dangerous situation is logically more time sensitive than picking up flowers in the fields ..or killing x number of a certain monster.

I've been using the auto cannon for most content thus far...but yeah...those bile titans make it difficult. Definitely prefer recoilless for those guys.

I think either they make it so that the person being kicked gets some XP for what's been done in the mission up to that point or they limit the ability to kick so people don't waste time in groups that'll kick you for shits and giggles.
