Yeah. A 10 out of 10 is a game that is in all subjective reviews a game of a generation...which this is. Is it perfect? No but that's not what a 10 represents

All right this is uncalled for. I may not like the price point and I may think that a remake was kind of unneeded but that does not mean that it's somehow a worse game because of it. There's no reason to deduct points because of that stance. Garbage opinion

I would assume that these numbers won't be replicated. Lots of players barely advanced past a couple bosses. Everyone got on the hype train and the open world hype train. It's not likely that the next souls game will sell as well

So....if anything they're dropping the ball with pricing like in the PS3 era....Xbox one had barely any games...PS5 is likely not going that route.

Some countries do have caps which can skew numbers one way or another. But I wasn't sure about Japan so that is actually very interesting that they choose to own their games versus All digital.
Well some of the information and data isn't completely put in context. Like comparing physical vs digital. In countries with data caps I'm sure physical exceeds digital by a lot. Whereas in countries without data caps you can probably more easily see digital increasing over time.

Mobile gaming is a dead end. It makes tons of money only through predatory practices. Therefore it is a morally dead end.
What a waste
I platinum nearly every game I play unless there are online requirements for it. I also finish nearly every game I play. I don't buy a new game without having finished previously bought games.
Right now for instance I'm playing horizon forbidden West. I won't play another title until I beat it...may not platinum it since I'm running out of time before another child interrupts my sleep. Maybe still platinum anyways.

Not really. Xbox isn't better value. It never will be at this rate. Meanwhile technically new owners have previous PS5 exclusives and upcoming titles as well...although they don't technically need the PS5 for God of war
You can get years of ps extra for cheaper than same amount of years of gamepass but with less features. Gamepass is nothing. Its a nice little subscription service...just like ps extra.
That's the problem. Not enough people are complaining about $70 new games or $70 remasters as is the case with tlou1 about to release.
I think Sony is doing everything right except for the pricing.
Don't purchase and the price will drop. Simple.

Not true. Reviewers can be objective. Doesn't have to be personal at all. A critique can be formed by following certain rules or criteria and then grading based on that criteria.
While true some subjective elements will remain in every review there can also be objective elements. Like if a game has great realistic animations...that's objective. There's of course the possibility of a reviewer failing at being objective and making a purely subjective review of a g...
