Umm....but you guys just made a bunch of IP exclusive...
*Scratches chin*
Is this a : do as I say not as I do thing?
Congrats to NRG. My only question is if they plan and letting go the people at N4g and replace them? I certainly hope not.
Not really. When you consider Xbox now has doom, Wolfenstein and a bunch of other shooter IPS. Halo was the flagship because it belonged to Microsoft and it was theirs...now they've got many more IP and don't need to focus as much on halo
I'm confident the game will recoup it's costs over time. Once people get over the fact it's not dead space I'm sure more will give it a chance and love it.
Most journos suck at games so the poor reception is definitely in part due to that issue.
I'm waiting for deals cuz I budget my gaming costs but can't wait to give it a go.
No. It makes the other box a loser
The thing is Microsoft has never been competitive. It really wouldn't be missed. Just look at what they're doing to compete...they're just buying up popular IP....that's not good for gaming. That is the worst thing in gaming right now.
A dweam within a dweam
No. His brain is stuck on that other one.
Except how many gb of ram do consoles have?
Now you see it don't make much sense.
Release date is indeed far off for the majority of titles. Xbox will still be playing the waiting game. Their saving grace is that they just bought a bunch of IP already in development. Which...anyone can do if they got the money...nothing to do with passion. Or interest.
@speak
I don't check people's comment history. That's immature.
Definitely.

And Microsoft has done the same. Back 4blood is now showing up on ps extra. You think they purposefully decided not to reach as many at launch? Yeah nope.
Sony doesn't take games away from Xbox. Xbox players don't even want the games they think are being taken. Meanwhile Xbox has taken a ton of 3rd party IP...very popular IP away.
Because it's not a great point. Many square games barely sell on Xbox. It's not worth the development cost and distribution.
You see now you're speaking truth. You let your bias show. You clearly have an issue with Sony and so want the deal to go through...bad bad Sony...let's punish them....oh wait square and Capcom games barely sell on Xbox....hmmm
@elda
Except Nintendo gives out the same IP over and over again.
Sony actually risks. The financial blow may push them to be less risky...this would be an industry loss overall
So he can say Xbox makes CoD which is a money maker.
Gonna be hilarious to see all these new "Microsoft " games all by studios they don't really even manage
Of course. MS doesn't make good games though. They've just purchased a bunch of highly talented studios that do make good games so they don't have to worry about that stuff.
That's not increasing difficulty. That's just making it annoying. The game was designed around those gameplay mechanics. It should work the other way. First make the game without those gameplay mechanics and then add the easy element
1st game was the best.. All the others seemed lost.
@vengeance
Wait wait wait...so you think a console can take another 3rd party IP and make it it's "flagship" when it releases on other platforms?
Flagship assumes exclusivity. Doom and Wolfenstein have never been exclusive....now they are.
Zenimax deal was wrapped up a bit ago dude...they own the IP now.
