First. By claiming that nobody that you know in the CMA understand game development you are implying that you know their knowledge and based on that knowledge you are comparing your own against it and therefore making the ignorant claim that they dont know...when you dont know if they dont know.
Second, MS recent track record being low hanging fruit should be enough for most sensible gamers to not want this deal to go through. Its purely a move to remove content from gamers...

Oh wow. This is the best news in gaming for a long time. Keep competition healthy by keeping 3rd party independent as much as possible. Nothing is stopping Microsoft from paying one of these developers to build them a triple A exclusive.

I just don't understand the characters designs. They seem so generic to me. Like checkbox generic. Will probably be playing the sniper. That missing eye is more interesting than all other characters there.

Most games require a download. You download the game don't you? Discs pretty much function as the DRM device now. Most of the game data needs to be downloaded. Could be wrong but all or most of my physical PS5 games have needed it. Haven't tried doing installations without internet connection though
This is common place. The real issue is requiring online connection at all times. I understand that with the size of games, etc.. they may need to require bigger downloads than what is possible on disc or they decided to save money on that end.
Except they have... Ratchet and clank? Returnal? Horizon FW? Where you been. They also released a remake for a great game...though with a hefty price tag I disliked.
Im sure im missing other stuff. Demons souls remake...not sure thats in the last 3 years..

You see...somehow I dont understand why a game from arkane would be worth keeping in the shadows...Theres been more talk of every single other arkane game pre acquisition.
