Weren't you just calling out someone else about how demonizing people is bad. Here you are thiugh
No. Both consoles don't have merit.
What original IP has Xbox created from the ground up that was or remains successful?
I think Forza and flight simulator might be it. The original Xbox is also vastly different in goals than modern day Xbox brand.
You're creating a strawman here. Nobody claimed Sony didn't do that type of tactic. He specifically singled out CoD since that's what the whole topic and Phil's statement was about.
Don't be dishonest man
Regardless it's not about who done it first....it's about who is doing it now.
Yeah...I love how now that's a plus while also limiting IP from other platforms at the same time. What a bullshit slimy car salesman tactic.
Anyone with a brain or memory bigger than a pea can remember who started cod bs
I was expecting real gameplay for fable, perfect dark and extensive look at avowed....didn't care about a handheld from Xbox at all.
Good showing all in all though
I guess you could say he is spot on if you cant critically think for yourself.
First of all there is an audience for live service and multiplayer...everyone kept saying how Sony doesnt cater to that audience unlike MS with games like Halo and now they release multiplayer titles and everyone is bitching.
Secondly Concord looks like a typical hero shooter fps title and in that regard it doesnt look like crap and Fairgame has not been shown but if it is anyt...
I don't know why there's so many Xbox fans out there convinced that somehow the games shown on this Xbox showcase is a jab towards PlayStation. The majority of games shown are coming to Playstation for sure and including Xboxes recently purchased first party those are probably also coming to Playstation at some point which is hilarious. Because this basically means that we are now convinced that if you do like console gaming the better option is to buy a PlayStation. It's inevitab...
@ Gold Drake
yes game passes on PC and it's actually very affordable since you don't actually have to pay any money.
With all the recent shenanigans by both platforms I'm convinced I do not need to buy another console. I just need to buy a powerful enough PC to run these games once and I'm all set for the next two or three generations. I wasn't sure with PlayStation but they pretty much made it pretty clear that they're going to r...
He must be. Can't think of a sony game where you only press the same button over and over...he must be talking about walking simulators.
This gen has barely kicked off...
Show don't tell is what I always say.
I liked the way it looked but what they showed had too many holes in it. I couldn't get a sense of mission structure, potential extra objectives, gunplay...none of the important aspects were addressed in my opinion.
The look and feel seems great though. I'm excited and hope they can keep the spirit of the original. They have it tough though. It'll be hard for modern devs to actually make a better game than what was done on N64.
Well what happened is they bought other studios that had the good games. As long as MS doesn't get too involved with those games they should turn out good.
Basically they bought their way to successful IP. You give me the same amount of money and even I can own these devs and say I make good games.
But the funny thing is you say what happened...someone tells you and then you say you disagree. Very dishonest of you
Well seeing as most Xbox games aren't worth it then it's probably fine
Oh wow. Look at that. You can tell when someone is a fanboy when no matter what your obsession does you always praise them. In this case it seems all these Sony fans are clearly not fanboys.
I'd like to be able to watch it through to the end though...
You'd think that every now and then even these dispassionate fools may do a good job...they've disappointed every single year since before release of Xbox one....that's a really long streak of disappointments...lol
I'm definitely of the mind that d4 was complete crap at release...but the state of it right this moment is not complete crap. They've simplified a lot which actually helped their overtly stupid itemization.
End game content is still kind of stupid but at least progression and itemization is better.
I haven't watched it but watched a series of videos on some of the games announced....personally didn't think it was bad at all.
Maybe I'm just not sold on flashy triple A fake promises, fake gameplay, fake hype and bad games anymore.
I think people are missing the point where they depended entirely on those recent studios they purchased.
MS main studios have done nothing substantial in over a decade. Fable is still a mystery and so is perfect dark. 2 Huge IP they couldve done something with ages ago. Gears DDay is really interesting but no gameplay. Is it more of the same with no innovation? anyones guess.
Doom was the big standout for me but that was purchased...
So really at the end...
