They advertise the Live service as an intergral part of the xbox 360 experience. If they ban people for playing a game they legally bought you can expect lawsuits and MS to lose. Its just like when you walk into a store and see those signs that say "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone". What would happen if they say I dont want to serve you because your hispanic, black or asian? Yeah lawsuit.
How can they ban someone who walked into a store, saw a copy of the game and dared to actually buy it and play what they pay for? I dare MS to do this. They would have so many lawsuits stuck up their ass and bad press it would be fun to watch. BTW some of you xbots need to get a clue and learn how to think for yourself. Honestly, it seems like you would defend MS if they came into your house and pistol whipped your whole family. What they are proposing here is wrong plain and simple.
People already know FF 13 is coming. There is no confirmation on FF 7. Your God of War analogy isn't very good. God of War is an action game only 1 generation old. Yes the graphics would be cleaner and in HD but still roughly the same game. But a remake of a 2 generation old story driven game with possible voices for the first time is much bigger news.

It looks even uglier in a real life picture then it did in the promo pictures. Honestly, I don't know if MS could make it look any worse. Maybe if they splashed some pink on the vents. But the elite looks about 100 times better then this thing.
I got Warhawk last friday and it has NEVER taken me more then 2 minutes to find a RANKED game(usually 1st or 2nd try). BTW his post was in bad taste. To use someone's death to troll is pretty pathetic.

Lets face it. I'm not 15 anymore. And I have no interest in a game about 10-16 year olds running around in a cartoon world at least when it comes to rpgs. Cute cartoony platformers are ok because they dont rely so heavily on story.
But the only reason to divert units from one area to another is because of excess supply in one territory(Japan in this case). Fanboys were saying they were shorting Wii hungry Japanese to favor the US. Which is ridiculous. Supply has exceeded demand for Wiis in Japan which is why they did it. But I give you props for at least responding before clicking "disagree".
Wii sales have been dropping like a rock for the last month and a half in Japan. From a high of 110k units to 39k last week. Its the Wii fanboys that were spinning the data. Saying they must have diverted all those units to the US. No one shifts 60% of shipments from one area to another unless demand is no longer there.

They paid for the timed exclusive on AC 6 and ES. The agreement probably stipulates no mention of a ps3 version for a certain amount of time. These games are coming to ps3.

Especially this comment "the action lacks the visceral punch of Gears". Gears is a blood and gore war shooter. Uncharted is an adventure game probably trying to get a Teen rating. Two very different games.
