And oblivion was pretty big, because it used most of time same textures, trees, ground, buildings. And in that pc-like game Oblivion, graphics were good, but not that good, as we will see in 2008-2009.

I mean, don`t spent too much time on this news. They won`t change anything. Like for example, halo 3 is not some nextgen game, runs in 640p and with no AA, but still 2,5 mln. people in usa bought it no matter what.

just name any of these game, which is so hyped as halo3.
games are good, but to sell as good as halo3, they must be hyped as much as halo3.

it`s not about ps3 price. it`s about games.
500$ for 5 years s like 8$ per month (xbox live alone cost 5$ per month).
And you get great console, blu-ray player and free online.
All it`s really matters are MUST have and MUST play games. More them come, more people buy ps3.
Many people will buy ps3 just for MGS4 or FFXIII, or GT5, or KZ2 alone. Just for one game, like Many people did for Gears.
And in 2008 come a lot of MUST play games, AAA tittles. =...

btw, after watching trailers again, graphics reminds me id Software id tech 5 engine. =)
id did pretty close to this, only that if it`s true, this game will run in 1080p@60fps. =)
and even though, this engine has mre detailed texures, then id5, imo. =)
