it`s sad about poor sales, but it`s great that this game was released on ps3. =)
games like Okami, Ico and SotC also didn`t made big sales, but these games are Great, i think same goes for Folklore.
playstation is unique console, because it gets such amazing games.
yeah, it`s very possible, that x360 will make 500k in usa alone for october, november and december. =)
but this won`t matter, because ps3 will already have good install base, by the end of year, like 1,5-2 mln. japan, ~3 mln. europe, and 3-3,5mln. usa. =)
ps2 made 40mln. in 2 years, x360 failed to do the same, while ps3 still have chance, to sold over 25-30 mln. by the end of march 2009.

i`m just saying, that there is nothing special about sales for now. The most interesting part will be when npd data comes in January 08.
i just know, that this last week ps3 made around 125k consoles worldwide, multitype it with 4, and it`s 500k in month. And with coming Ratchet, Uncharted, Haze, CoD4(free online), AC in october-november, this number might only increase.

and x360 had no nextgen rivals for 1 year and also had AA game geow by that time.
now PS3 with rivals, and with start in europe by the end of march, for first week of october sold around 5 mln. consoles worldwide.
it`s still has 2 month to get 1 mln. worlwide.
+ AA games like Ratchet and Uncharted have not been released yet.
+ Same goes for GT5:prologue.
+ Also Haze might have some potential, and we shouldn`t forget UT3. =)
with such anime graphics, it should be a relly nice fighting game to come. =)
p.s. i think capcom don`t care about sony, neither M$, neither Nintendo.

hope this game will do better atleast in europe, i want more great games from Game Republic on PS3.

well, in usa, around 2 mln. ps3 sold, only 30k Folklore first week,
while x360 sold in usa around 7-7,5 mln. and Blue Dragon - 59,791; Eternal Sonata - 43,199;
Project Gotham 4 - 90,113 first week.
is that because not much hardcore gamers left in usa? or what?
x360 had ONLY 6 mln. by the first week of december 2006.

crysis of course im many moments looks very realistic, but that just an FPS, and well it`s all about foliage.

chester, well, i only can tell you that, for those ps2 users, who played mgs, ff, and gt and had great experience on PS2 most of them looking forward for sequels of their favourite games. And definately will buy ps3 just to play one of those game.
And it`s around 10 mln. GT users, 5 mln. FF, 4-5 mln. MGS.
Really i don`t know any gamer, which played mgs, ff or gt on ps2 and not excited about MGS4, FFXIII and GT5 on ps3.

Uncharted haven`t been shown for public in 2007 till May, till Sony Gamer`s Day, only some exlusive screens in GI magazine were available. =)

The only real Potential system seller for this Christmas on x360 is only Mass Effect.
There are about 1mln. KOTOR lovers worldwide, and a BIG chance, that this game will in next 6 month after release come to PC.
AC6, ES - timed exclusive games, noone will buy x360 just to play them 6 month earlier.. imo.
x360 has some chances, if it gets price cut for premium till 299$.

Uncharted is GREAT gaming experiecne, as much as Ratchet, Heavenly Sword and Warhawk. And maybe Folklore and Lair for some. =)
