The difference is that you HAVE to install it, and it required an HD, not a flash drive or external HD. It has to be an internal. I just had a customer bring his xbox in this morning to see "what was wring with it" lol.

I own my own video game store and honestly you are right. There is not much hype for the Xbox One right now. Its much better than it was during the summer though and they are gaining momentum but I find that about 75% of the people that come in are talking good about PS4 and not talking good about the Xbox.

Beyond is meant to be an interactive movie. If every game was the same what fun would that be? let GTA be open world, let COD be a shooter, let Final Fantasy (lol) be an RPG, and let some games be an interactive movie.
Normally I would agree that AC4 would suffer from franchise fatigue and the yearly releases, but this one is pirate themed and for some reason that is still a big thing right now. The era and theme will move the copies of this game.

Seriously though companies are starting to realize that you cannot keep pushing the boundaries of decency when it comes to these type of games/transactions. We can only be pushed so far and in this industry there are oft not second chances to get your customers back.
They are not a ripoff. A ripoff insinuates some form of fraud in the transaction. They are offering a product at a certain dollar amount. If you are a big fan with lots of money congrats.
My only complaint with collectors editions recently is that they are not at all limited, and often times are just as or more common than the standard game. If I pay extra I want cool things but I want limited quantities so it holds its value in the future.

For everyone saying they will not sue because of the backlash that simply is not it. Clearly Capcom doesn't care about bad press and backlash just look at everything they have done over the last few years.
Will they sue? No. Why? Because they can't. There are similarities but nothing close enough to reasonably think you could win a court case with.

Actually you are dead wrong. Every store manager received one. One store manager per store (which is roughly 5k or so now). Not just 50-75 general managers. In fact GM is not even a term GS uses. Its DM = District Manager and RD = Regional Director. SM = Store Manager.
