EVEN THE VIRTUAL BOY!!!!???
...You said ANY console. :P
Yes.
My only worry is that once again they are saying that since the Riddler has threatened everyone that the streets are empty of civilians and only thugs and enemies are on the street.
I think this is a big misstep. Infamous has bystanders, GTA obviously has a ton, AC has them. I was hoping this would be more like the great Spiderman games that had you not only doing story missions but tons of random crime prevention on the side.
Still looks great and I am sur...
No its the PC version early access.
Spelling errors aside I think this article was poorly written and seriously lacking. Since when is "There will always be metal gears" a plot point you must know? Also Ocelot is "generally up to no good" is really idiotic if you have played all of the games. What you learn by the end of 4 is that he was always loyal (through all of his shifty tactics) to Big Boss til the end.
I shouldn't be surprised on an article written for Red Bull but from the pers...
Right on my thoughts exactly!
I was a staunch hater of Diablo 3. The game itself has incredible core problems that prevent you from enjoying the things that made D2 so much fun.
With that said I am impressed with RoS. The Adventure mode after you complete the story has randomly generated story type "missions" The paragon levels keep you grinding away to make your character better once you cap out as well keeping the grind alive. That with the new loot tables and the game is now much more playa...
While this is someones opinion I won't say its wrong, just that I disagree. Dark Souls 2 (Along with its predecessors) made the game challenging by throwing you into a world you didn't understand and not helping you. The reason I love the series so much is because it teaches you REAL EXPERIENCE. If you do not learn how to play you do not progress. That coupled with the amazing set pieces and exploration make every one of these games a great ride start to finish.
I just beat regular game last night. Looking forward to NG+ but I am still farming my Dragon Scales! Another amazing experience from From Software.
I received my copy of Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate almost a week early (on accident from my distributor) and I was streaming the Sunday before release. I was able to stream for about 8 hours before anyone came on to issue my warning. When they came on though they are very polite, inform you that you are in violation and give you time to say goodbye to the audience and stop the stream. Yea it sucks but its the rules.
First most people do not pay for a twitch sub. Besides that Twitch has very specific rules about not playing games before release (Unless you can prove you have special permission from the dev) which you agree to when you sign up for Twitch.
You are right its not their fault they got it early but it still violates Twitch streaming rules.
I think it was fun, but there is no end game. Or mid game even. Great idea that one day will make for an amazing game. Right now though there is so little content imo.
I would agree that there is too much of a sense of "bigger is better" in game design right now. Open world is the big buzzword with this upcoming generation and some companies do not have the money or manpower to pull off some of these multi million dollar budgets. Bigger can work if the idea is big enough. It always comes down to not just the creativity, but the ability to see that vision materialize.
I think earlier when someone said feeling the heat is the best way to describe it. They are not in trouble, but they know they have a lot of ground to make up and they stumbled out of the gate compared to the PS4. They will turn it around though. Last gen the roles were reversed and it came down to a very close amount of systems sold. I see this generation ending very similarly.
Nice article.
GameStop and Amazon are using that date as a place holder so there is not stock in quoting that. Its possible it will come that day, like any date right now is possible, just dont use GS and Amazon as the end all source.
But what about Bayonetta 2 for that Wii U?

If you are bored with modern gaming I suggest you start hitting the indies. I would agree to some extent that a lot of $60 titles are unoriginal and boring but that's why the digital marketplaces are so awesome right now. I have been gaming since the Colecovision and I am loving games right now. Just need to find the ones that are original and good.
I had a used one come into my store, complete in the package and essentially brand new. I sold it for $99.99 and it wasn't on the shelf for a day. I was amazed.
Maybe its a Wii U exclusive! ShenmU? lol
