I agreed with you. I love all those characters. But I would only want that if they can play a bigger role in the game too. I want them to make an impression with a deep character. Not someone that is just shown in one scene. Uncharted 3 had the ladies and Cutter but they were there so briefly.

I just want it to go in depth with the characters and not be a jumbled mess like Avengers can be where everyone is fighting for screen time, yet is not fleshed out.

Out of the whole 15 minutes seeing Elena for 5 seconds was my favorite part. It was sad seeing her upset and hurt. So believable. I could feel the sadness in her voice. Emily Rose and the entire cast are such talented voice actors.

She also looks the best now out of all the games. Uncharted 3 kind of made her look Asian and I was upset she wasn't in the game much. She needs to play a big part again in this story.

Also did anyone notice before they entere...

I feel the same about that exact point. There wouldn't be much hiking, or biking, or missions on a train, or all the other types of stuff that we get with the San Andreas environments.

I guess they could combine it with another city the way that GTA San Andreas had 3 cities. They could incorporate the Everglades swamp and dangerous alligators. With missions on an airboat or a murder mystery in the swamp. They could have a chain of islands to represent Key West or the Bah...

I would be happy with that.

Since they did Liberty city again with GTA 4 and San Andreas with GTA 5, Vice City looks like the next in the cycle (if there is any trend whatsoever). They could just do a San Fierro or Las Venturas. The thing that San Andreas benefitted from is the variety in environments and thats what the next GTA needs. On the other hand, I feel that the less varied games (Liberty City and Vice City) had a more well thought out or tighter story, but I know thats not dependent on the environment. GTA 5 s...

I thought that the gameplay mechanics were solid and worked perfectly. There just wasn't enough. And at times it felt like I was stuck behind cover for too long, and did not have opportunity to get out, so I would just stay there and take care of the enemies from one spot and then move on. I get that it is more realistic that way, but come on it sucks the fun out of it. That ware house level where everything was on fire, there was an endless amount of enemies, with really no freedom to mov...

I know that they had the white SSOD bundle before but those sold out quickly. And Japan has had this white bundle for a while now.

Could this be the japanese bundle repackaged (with a new plug) cause they are not selling or are these brand new or a combination of the two?

Now Square Enix is gonna be screwed when they actually want to release it on the PS4 (which I would guess would be Spring 2016) cause it might be around the same time as Uncharted 4, which is what they were initially trying to avoid.

"We meet our destiny on the roads we chose trying to avoid it"

I just hope that tomb raider does well whatever the exclusivity shenanigans are. The last one sold pretty well, but square enix said it didn't meet expectations. Probably because they have had to recoup money from the 9+ freaking years that FFV13 has been in development. This one being only current gen, has a total of about 22 million PS4s and 12 million X1's and however many PCs. Last gen we had 70 million PS3's and 70 million Xbox 360's and however many PCs around the time t...

And who said that it can't be with a different publisher after. There have been games that had two different publishers before.

DR3 wise, I don't know, I never mentioned DR3. Just because I believe that tomb raider will come to PS4 doesn't meant that I'm with everyone who believed the same thing about DR3. I personally believed that was microsoft's capcom exclusive, while deep down is PS4, so that was capcom being even.

As far as titanfall...

While we do owe our thanks for getting the witcher since CDPR is a pc company primarily, making the game like the initial trailers was also a huge task. Just because the trailer looked like that at the time, did not mean that the whole game was complete and looked like that at the time either.

They had to be realistic. It would be a resource drain and would require too much from the developer to present it to the elite few that could play it at those settings. I'm just s...

Lets go back to Bioshock, Lost Planet and Mass Effect. Weren't those exclusive as well.

Those were "exclusive" and had written on the box "only on xbox" but they jumped ship didn't they. (not taking into account wether it was a year or 2 or 3 after).

With Tomb Raider they used clever marketing lingo to say "fall/winter/holiday exclusive". This way they don't directly state that it is a timed exclusive, when it actuall...

I do believe that it potentially could be ready to play by the fall. Now the real question is how great the story and graphics will be and do they actually have more and better tombs this time around. I want the game to look significantly better than the definitive edition, this is the next gen.

Story wise, I hope it doesn't get spoiled for the players that have to wait.

But I do believe that it will come to the PS4. It is suicide to take a multiplatform ...

Don't start any commotion just yet, geez...This is the only developer that I have seen that has shown us the development process including the not so flattering things before the game comes out. They aren't afraid to say here's what we tried and what has and hasn't worked. I'm sure they'll show something great. Come on, they are the team behind Heavenly Sword and Enslaved. Everything will be fine.

Most developers and studios (gaming or movies) don'...

This is a rather small patch, which is a good thing. This will take up a lot less space and shows that the game is mostly in perfect shape to distribute. Those that have 5+GB for a patch are those that are broken games and make me cringe when I go to install my game.

Also "what would our games be like without patches?" Hmmm, that could be a tricky question. Back in the PS1/2, xbox and N64 days games had less detail than they do now and less complexity as well, so te...

I agree. Knowing about games more than a year out does some damage on both ends of the gaming spectrum. Hype can get too big and gamers get disappointed when its delayed. Or end up showing too much of the game to keep the gamers interested and talking about it during the long stretch of time, and then when the game comes out its underwhelming because we have seen most of it already.

Heck, its ludicrous how FFvs13/15 has been announced 9 years ago.

I just hope sales are not impacted from it launching in Spring 2016 vs Fall 2015. But then again, it is Uncharted, so it will do great!

As well as, I feel that beginning of the year releases get forgotten for game of the year because people start making their choices at the end of the year when the fall releases are the most recent in their memory. But I'm sure Uncharted will be unforgettable.

Besides sharing the theme of globe trotting adventure with supernatural elements tomb raider and uncharted were very different. Different gameplay and gunplay as well.

The reboot and uncharted are a lot more alike than comparing the old games to uncharted.

I loved the movie and just a week ago watched road warrior and thunder dome.

SPOILER
SPOILER SPOILER
SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER

The movies always follow the same formula.
1. Lone stranger
2. He gets something stolen from him (car)
3. Tries to retrieve it.
4. Has to do some kind of favor or task/or gets mixed up in the mess
5. Ends up deciding to help the people for the greater good
6. Chase to catch...
