It's that simple, especially on this site. I actually just put my backwards compatible PS3 MGS4 bundle with the box, 10 PS3 games, 35 PS2 games up for sale on so I can get the new Xbox 360 slim and go ahead and pay for Kinect now.
I already had a 360 as well, but it cant compete with the sleek, sexy new one and Wireless N is top of the line. The Xbox 360 is still the hardcore gaming machine, best online, best voice chat, best interface and best hardcore games available.
Will have to read em and weep. Calls are going in like crazy to Gamestop for pre-orders on the new Xbox 360 slim baby! I see a nice push with this, it offers Wireless N which is something the PS3 even lacks. Elites prices Slashed! Arcades slashed! Man, they are gonna sell out in minutes!

Let the Microsoft XBox 360 fans have their excitement. The jealousy is amazing with Sony fans. Get over it. The same people touting graphics on the PS3 were the same people touting Games and a cheap price with the PS2. I can sit here all day and go on and on about how Halo Reach will outsell every Killzone game combined or every Sony exclusive game released this year. But damn, give it a rest. Microsoft's conference was amazing.
The Wireless is wireless N, which is the best available at the moment. PS3 uses the old format, which is terrible and causes lag issues.
Considering a Elite with 120 GIG HDD and no wireless was $299, this new, sexy looking model will sell extremely well. I cant wait. I already have mine pre-ordered.

We got to see what Kinect can do, it's got so many more applications then gaming. It's a purchase for me simply for the media functions. Gears 3, Halo Reach, Fable 3 looked fantastic! The slim at the end was the icing on the cake IMHO. It should shut up those saying it didn't look slim in the picture. Wireless N is the top of the line.

Microsoft really kicked off E3 right last night. Got everyone excited and everyone talking about them and their products. The most tweeted thing yesterday was "Kinect" Gotta love proper advertising!
I think some hardcore gamers will buy it, you cant live off of shooters alone and sometimes it's fun to kick back with a brew and some friends and goof around.
I'll say the same thing with the Nintendo Move or Playstation Wii or whatever that is. These things aren't geared for "Hardcore" they are geared for people that don't come to sites like these. There can be fun had with them though. I mean Farmville has like 50 million people on it, those are the people...

The Italian site gave us the Kinect name well before we knew it was called that. In a way it leaked the new 360 slim and the new Natal name. I am interested in the price drops and bundles and games of course. Love to see some hardcore Kinect games as well. So excited!
I guess nobody can be impressed with Microsoft products without being paid right? Though if VIPS like a Sony product it must be because it's so 1337 right? Not Kinect itself. I am not sure what people were expecting last night, but we got a name and a brief look at some casual games. Today I am sure we will get the real information in a more traditional manner. Bottom line, everyone is talking about Kinect and Mirosoft dominated the internet and the media last night. To produce television that DON'T require glasses to see 3-D. To those saying Xbox 360 cant do 3-D. I was at E3 a few years ago and they had Gears of War 2 in FULL 3-D. I'm not a fan of 3-D, I tend to get migraines, but if I were going to invest in something 3-D it would be the kind where you don't need stupid glasses. As the truth. Everything is slanted here. Very few Xbox fans get their voices heard, because they are quickly bubbled down and disagreed with. I am not sure why PS3 fans who don't even own a 360 post in every single Microsoft article and post negatively and spam so much with those comments, it makes it impossible to get a real gauge.
So as a true 360 fan, the Kinect show was a bit over the top, but nothing is wrong with the device itself, it seems to do what they promise...

I don't give it a second thought when playing the games or anything like that. If you look hard enough for something, your likely to find it. Play the games for fun, stop looking for trouble or controversy where there isn't any.
The negative stuff is about the over the top show to reveal the name Kinect, not the device itself. Everyone is saying that Kinect is top shelf. I am just excited to get a release date, price, bundles and some hardcore games info.
Party games especially if your in the same house, seeing as how Nintendo lacks quality internet and same with Sony really. I can see the Move really having lag issues online with a huge host advantage. I have my brother for a roommate and his G/F lives here as well and we often game together and thus requires a controller apiece, so Move would be more expensive.
