I mean I only was into next generation gaming a good two years before the PS3 even got a decent title. I paid $120 for my 360 and that was years ago. PS3 is and always has been a fad. I think Sony has got a bit too ambitious with this 3-D stuff. Honestly it's not accessible by a large part of the world.

When your pushing consoles and games like the Wii is, I highly doubt they would start all over in this economy. Everyone in Nintendo has said a Wii successor is a way's away. If anything comes up within the next couple of years it would be the Wii HD. Fully compatible with current Wii games though. Too soon for new consoles, heck the Wii is not even 4 full years old yet.
I feel sorry for people who buy into this garbage. Games, movies, television should be able to keep our attention without 3-D.
Hate to say it yet again. Who is 3-D going after? Teenagers cant afford it. Parents wont want to buy it for their kids. Parents and grandparents wont want to wear glasses to enjoy a movie or television. 3-D is and always has been a fad that comes and goes. This is nothing more then that. PS3 was never the Dominant console. I am guessing $99 for the "Move" and you will need to buy more of them if you want more then one player at your house. Plus it's strictly gaming, mostly party games etc.. Natal is all you need for everyone to use it in the same house, so it's actually cheaper. I'm not a Activision fan, they were in the right for firing those guys. You cant be in secret talks with another company while still under contract.

Final Fantasy Versus is the only viable one listed IMHO. I mean who want's to get in on a series for the third game? I mean what point would there be to release Mass Effect 3 on the PS3? the whole idea behind the games are your decisions massively effect the game, you import files and choices from the previous games and continue to play off them. Likewise with Uncharted 3, I don't want to play that on the 360, no...just no. Terrible article.

Is all that matters. If Sony is truly throwing out all this supped up hardware in such a small container, then it'll cost $300 or more! Also Sony doesn't have a great tract record for AAA titles for their Portable systems. Nintendo on the other hand will always have their fans and have done portables right since the beginning. The trust is there. Which is why Nintendo dominates, even with lesser tech and specs. Take Note Sony.
This is where having the tech of the 360 already being a few years old. They can offer all of this for around $199 and still make the same or even more off each console.

This is how you build up to a event like E3. You don't go blow your load before the event. I know Sony was just trying to keep their name in the media, since Microsoft has basically been in every piece of news, it's Natal, 360 Slim, Portable Xbox, MS rents huge screen in New York etc.. So to keep their name out their Sony shoves another game out early. That's not how you compete.

They are already losing close to a billion each year. No way can they take another major loss on hardware sales. The rest of the stuff everyone already knows about. Nintendo confirmed their is a DS successor and We know MS is Re-Branding the Xbox 360 with Natal. So a slim is a natural thing.

No doubt even Sony and Nintendo fans are wanting to see what Natal is all about. There are a lot of questions and people want to see the answers.
Of course Halo Reach is on their, because no matter the game Sony comes out with, Halo Reach is going to do better, last longer and have more competition.

We've already seen the new packaging and we know Natal is coming. A slim just makes sense. Get the newer one out to put to rest the RROD stuff.
A portable Xbox is also a possibility with Halo Portable or something like that.
Microsoft is going all out and all in and I think the gamers are the ones who will benefit the most.
Plus we know Natal will work with it. So I am excited to test out the new tech on a shooter. This is going to be very interesting.
Build up the anticipation. Get everyone talking about what you might bring to the table. I will agree that we are going to see more then Natal at E3. Big things are coming from the Microsoft camp.

Let's all suckle the Sony teet a little more! I mean really, they win, hands down! How can a slim Xbox 360, price cuts, Natal, Halo reach, Fable 3, Crackdown 2, Gears Of War 3 hope to compete with Yakuza 4????? how!!!?????? I mean it's not like Halo Reach is going to outsell every Sony Exclusive combined this year or anything...lol GG Sony.
It's a solid map pack. Much better then the last ones. I wonder if the "DLC sharing" thing will eventually lead to Sony not getting things? I know I would be kind of mad if I put out a $15 map pack and it got shared between 5 consoles. Pretty much ruins the hard work people put into it.
PS3 and PC getting these great maps a day late IMHO though.
So I will give this one a shot for sure.
