If what we have already seen was running on XB1 (which it was) I'd say we are already in good hands with how much better this game looks over Ghosts. There is still plenty of time (and the June XDK) to refine things and get them solid, but to be honest, it's ALREADY worlds above Ghosts was on any platform. I thought I was gonna be done with COD (except Treyarch ones), esp after Titanfall came out, but honestly it seems like I'll just Skip the infinity Ward ones, they've been...

Ahhh that's who owns Red Faction..I'd love to have another one. I personally liked it better when it was first person, but I beta tested and loved Guerilla too, so I'd be down with another like that. It'd be seriously awesome if they teamed with MS to use cloud compute for world destruction and such. Seems like it'd be a great match.

So it looks like several game developers may be losing their jobs at a very well respected studio...and N4g turns it into a fanboy rant. Well done guys, well done. Crytek is responsible for making one of the best engines out there, they have made many great games, Ryse INCLUDED. However, instead of showing respect to the game developers that are having a hard time....here at n4g it's still "MS destroys game developers" and crap like that....MS doesn't destroy game develope...

They actually have said that they were looking into an X1 version, and the head at ID@xbox is actively engaging them because he wants to play it so, YES it has NOT yet been confirmed...but it looks pretty inevitable, esp since it will come to PC soon, and porting from PC to X1 is a breeze.

@sinspirit it's been openly admitted several times that it's a timed deal. Either way I'll probably get it on my PS4, unless they confirm X1 before the PS4 release (I'm an ...

Exactly, so maybe next game they can make a game that redefines missions by making an open world game that isn't the first one I can beat at 100% (without evil side) in 10-12 hours.

How did this get approved as an article and not a rumor?

Hey look, Maria 2.0 spitting out pointless "facts" again that he/she has ready to copy/paste at a moment's notice. So based on what you are saying it that without having a ton of exclusive titles, but still selling, the PS4 is like the Wii was last gen? That it gets all the casual gamers that don't care about games? I don't think that is true. I do think that once MS starts selling in more countries, more of their "must have" exclusives come out, and now th...

Not a fan of these kinds of camos, it just seems childish to me and diminishes the whole hardcore military aspect of the game greatly (true it's just a videogame, but it makes it even more cartoonishly dumb IMO). However, I realize that I am not all people and that if this stuff sells there are plenty of stoners willing to purchase it, so from that perspective it makes sense that they do it. However, if we are gonna make camos based on lame addictions, can I request a "Pepsi" ...

Well technically cover shooters aren't a bad thing if you're into them. And their claim of not being "just another cover shooter" may be spot on accurate, but based on what we have seen so far...it is just another cover-shooter. A very good looking one set in a great time period/atmosphere, but nothing we have seen says anything otherwise yet. We will all just have to wait and see. I'll grab it in February, but it's not one of my most anticipated games at the mome...

Awww, you missed your chance, you should have said months ago that this game looked horrible...that way today you could be like "See I KNEW it was sub 1080p, I KNEW it...this game looks horrible". Dammit, now we all know that you couldn't tell anyway and it's once someone TOLD you that now you're "angry".

Honestly, there is still time to hash these things out from the E3 demo, and they weren't even using the new XDK which should help a lit...

This only goes to show the bias people have when looking at these numbers. They are having a loose interview, not strategically talking numbers. The "north of 5mil" number that he is referring to was from back in May, doesn't mean that X1 HAS NOT sold over 5 mil simply because it was a "sold in" number back in May. It doesn't say anywhere that they have not been sold through yet, and its true that recent sales are on the rise for X1.

On the flips...

Sounds like there is some potential to cloud on the horizon. Hopefully it pans out to meet expectations (at least the realistic ones, not the exaggerated ones). So far it hasn't been "seen", but it does allow for some cool AI to one game (which is already being using in it's successor that isn't out yet), and also allows one of the best selling X1 games to exist at all....so at least it's already doing something right. If later it allows for more graphical power, ...

Very solid list. I haven't played all these games (i.e. this Zelda or Dark Souls), but of the games on this list I agree with most of them, there are a few that I would have replaced.
My List would be more like...(in no real particular order as far as preference)
1. Skyrim
2. Oblivion
3. Morrowwind
4. Fallout 3
5. Fallout NV
6. Just Cause 2
7. Crackdown
8. Mercenaries 2
9. Watch Dogs
10. Borderlands 2...

Uh, this game still has a huge crowd, and all you have to do is look at the fact that it's STILL selling VERY well as the X1 version is still the 15th best selling game on the market. If you join the lobbies it's an even cross section of 10s, all the way down to first-gens and everywhere in-between. Not really sure where this "no one is playing it anymore" myth has come from, all the facts say the opposite.

I played the crap out of it till I maxed gen 10 a...

This is actually and awesome way to use Kinect for this kind of game. Simple but effective. However, whoever wrote the article forgot that, while there wasn't a huge Kinect presence during the conference, there was a decent size on the floor with D4 (option to play with Kinect) and other indie games). During the show we saw Fantasia, Shape Up, and Dance central...so there was at least more than JUST Fantasia.

Another interesting aspect to this is that FH2 a gorgeous op...

Why would he be? Honestly Bungie gave us a great world with Halo, but then they were getting stale at the end. The best thing in for the Halo world so far was to hand it off to fresh blood and allow Bungie to start fresh with something new. Bungie isn't a Sony exclusive, Spencer understands that the Alpha and Early Beta are just part of the marketing game. From a gamer aspect it's perfect actually. Now we get Destiny, and Halo is better than ever...it's a win win.

Not true, despite random instances, MS and Sony have actually been very respectful competitors of one another. The companies have a healthy competition going, it's only when it gets to the fanboy level that it gets ugly.

"Despite having no REVEALED virtual reality (VR) headset of its own" ..there fixed it. We all know that MS has been working on AR/VR tech for a long time, just because it's not revealed to the general public doesn't make it real or not. It's better to wait and release a better product, then race to the market with an incomplete one and watch it fail...in the sake of "innovation".

@Perjoss if you're knocking MS for innovation you clearly h...
