This review is much more in line with how I feel about the game. It has some issues, glitches, but overall I love the gameplay and I'm having a blast playing it...I think that while many of the harsh reviews have some points...they are being TOO harsh. My only REAL complaint is the Map, I wish it labeled where you have been better, and I wish that it marked the location of Chapter Starts. Oh well....
This is further proof that this is a fanboy site...if this article went the other way..it'd have been disapproved minutes after submission and the person would be banned for trolling. Instead we're expected to just think it's funny, of course it's just satire so, ok whatever...not a big deal...but the hypocrisy is a bit annoying. It just makes me think of that famous quote that sums up these kinds of posts nicely. "When you resort to attacking the messenger and not the ...
It's been just over three months, the launch has been better than both other Xbox's combined... according to most (as re-enforced by the fact that XB1 sells more games per console than PS4) so far it's had the better share of exclusives and that looks to be the case as far as we know. This fanboy slander just really needs to die, you're jumping the gun, chill out and just enjoy games and stop spending all your time being negative on a website. If you're a true gamer, you...
I'll take an upgraded network that actually does what it's supposed to do, and doesn't get hacked every month over "free" games that cost $50 a year and are old... If you're worried about playing old games that you've probably already beaten or don't care about....there aren't enough good new games for you.
The fact that this is the number one story is further proof that this site is filled with trolls. Paying $50 a year for the same free online service that now comes with two "free" games a month means they aren't free. The games that are released free never interest me, cause they are always old and/or no one liked them the first time. So paying for a network that actually did what it's SUPPOSED to do and upgraded itself is the much better deal...even if it didn't come ...
This is actually old news, and I think this is the second time this same tweet was used....but yeah, MS has a few unannounced exclusives coming out if you've been listening the last week or so.
I'm honestly getting real sick of all these articles about consoles that are so negative. What happened to gamers? When did it stop being fun and we collectively became so "elitist" and so full with a sense of entitlement? Games these days are AMAZING, and we are coming up on the year that looks to be the BEST year in gaming OF ALL TIME in my opinion...yet everywhere you look there is a negative article about "how come we don't have this?" "why doesn't ...
Odd article...considering Titanfall is about to release, and the game makers have REPEATEDLY stated how important the cloud has been and that the game could not exist without it. Seems like this would mean this OPINION piece is either just denial or ignorance. It's weird how often people want to dismiss the cloud as nothing....then have absolutely no idea what they are talking about.
Sounds great, a lot of these Devs keep saying great things about XB1 lately...it's nice to see things looking up for the next gen consoles (which btw, we seem to have overlooked how smooth this gen's launch has gone...no major issues for ANY console). In a way though I wish he didn't tease this, cause now it's driving me a little nuts wondering what got a Dev so excited...is it something cloud based? Or is he getting familiar with DX 11.2 tiled resources? That could make tr...
It's not a war, it's consumerism, but yes Titanfall is an amazing title that any gamer should be excited about (unless they have no interest in FPSs). Just my opinion, but picking sides in a "console war" is short-sighted and naive...and will only comeback to bite gamers if they actively try to destroy any gaming company. Keeping the competition up is the best way for gamers to profit...
Game wasn't on my radar, now it is....looks good. I think this is showing that the resolution debate thing is more about the developer than the hardware. If this game can do it, why not Ghosts?
Nice, good to see things evening out, and this is even before the Titanfall bundle sold out on Gamestop and sky rocketed on Amazon. Sweet....generations where things are even are the best.
@Guys below ...I'm just saying I like it when all consoles do well...yes I had (and still have my PS1 2 and 3, my NES, N64, wii, wiiU, Dreamcast, XB, 360, and XB1. I understand that there is still a disparity in the numbers, but I like that the trend is going towards things being a cl...
I know this is going to get a lot of dislikes from people that just don't want to hear it, but here it goes. PC and Consoles..you can tell a difference. PC does look a bit better and brighter. However, there is little to no difference between XB1 and PS4...for the most part they look identical, but if anything...XB1 actually looks better because it's brighter and doesn't seem to be trying to hide textures, which in a couple cases looked less defined and more muddied on the PS4 ...
The game looked great at 792p and even compared to the max pc setting direct feed, there was very little difference, so no matter what..I'm sure it will be fine. I have no problem believing that it's a possibility it'll hit 900p native, but no matter what...as long as it stay that smooth and fun...who cares...everything is so fast and hectic in that game, you don't really stop to stare at the grass anyway (which does look great). I always thought that the 1080p rumors after ...
"Excuse me Sir, would you like to sell the company you are now CEO of and put yourself out of a job? ....despite not having the authority to do so?"
The title is a little odd...has ANYONE said that PS4 isn't killing it?
Of course it can't...it doesn't work that way. People trying to make these comparisons are clearly just fanboys that think everyone thinks (or should think) like they do. Unfortunately for them..consumers realize they can by both or none etc. As much as those who don't understand economics or consumerism would like to believe...it's not about one stopping the other ...it's about making your own product desirable to the consumer. Being that both consoles are shattering...
Doubt it's this simple in anyway, but it'd be cool if whoever picks up these devs is able to restart the new IP...if done right it could be interesting...and the people at that studio were talented programers
YES...this...or just another game of this type.
Other than differences in light and darkness, it's not a noticeable difference at all...I know that 1080p on youtube isn't exactly the best...but then again when I play the game I'm not less than a foot from the screen...so give and take I guess.
