I think you missed the point.
They are saying a SEQUEL will not be made unless the ORIGINAL, or previous sequels sell 2 million.
They aren't saying the sequel has to sell 2 million to get made. What sense does that make?
Halo 5 and Master Chief Collection are the only games that make me wish I had an Xbox.
I'll definitely miss the Halo franchise.
Eventually I'll end up getting an Xbox One, but it'll be a few years, once the price drops considerably.
So I guess you haven't played it then?
First of all, no one can be "covered" in exotics, unless you mean that ONE piece of exotic armor everyone is limited to, and that one exotic weapon everyone is limited to.
Second of all, the damage and armor isn't big enough of a difference to make it impossible for lower level characters to hang with higher level characters. That was kind of the point of the article.
The big difference is weapon damage and armor.
In Iron Banner, I've shot people point blank with my shotgun, the followed up with a quick punch, something that will take down ANY enemy in regular Crucible, yet it didn't finish them in Iron Banner.
People seem to forget that regular crucible didn't remove everyone's upgrades from their weapons, it just balanced the damage. Thats all.
At the end of the day, you still have...
You're on point. Some things are just too difficult.
For instance, last night i played Vault of Glass. I dont have 6 friends to do ot with, so i joined up with 5 strangers. The communication wasn't there and some of them just couldn't hang. So we failed.
I've accepted the fact that i'm probably not gonna be able to beat that raid. At least not any time soon.
This person acts like this is the only way to get an exotic weapon...which its not.
How did i just lose a bubble over this? Are you guys serious?
Do they honestly expect people to watch an hour long review? Thats just obnoxious.
This score is obnoxious as well.
Does the game have its flaws? Absolutely. But if I saw this score on a game I would assume there is something fundamentally wrong with it. Something like poor gameplay, glitches, etc. This is the score of a broken game, which Destiny surely is not.
You could always store that other class gear in your vault so you'll have it in case you start up anither character.
I was always a fan of the "Sheizerslide" myself.
I'm working on the FWC right now. I'm Lvl 2 rep. That FWC Shotgun and Hand Cannon are so awesome.
They should have brought in Soda Popinski.
lol...so true. I hate that guy.
Yeah, I saw that! I play Defender most of the time, so thats why I want it. it would definitely be helpful, especially on Control missions!
What if I wanna dress up as the Traveler?
Look at it like this: If you had played Killswitch, then played Gears of War, there is no way in hell that you, or anyone else, would ever be convinced that Cliffy B and company came up with the idea of Gears of War all by their lonesome.
The art design, story, universe, graphics, superb gameplay? Sure. That was all them. But the game genre, gameplay, and mechanics all came from Killswitch. Everything from jumping/dashing/sliding between cover, popping up and firing then d...
Thats the thing.
Remember when Halo 4 came out and everyone started calling it Call of Halo, because it took on the whole Weapon Kit structure in its online mode? People were very upset, yet they act like Call of Duty pioneered all that. The funny thing is Battlefield had been doing the Kits for years before CoD, and Counterstrike was doing it before even Battlefield.
Whats even funnier is that Call of Duty was actually inspired a lot by Halo. The single...
No. Not because it had a cover system. Because both games play exactly the same.
Me and my buddy had Killswitch and loved it. It was new, original, and nothing had really been done like it before. Not to that extent.
When Gears of War came out, we were both like, "Wow, this is a lot like Killswitch."
Say what you want, but Killswitch was the pioneer, while Gears gets all the credit.
Because this is more of a mainstream game, while most other MMO's are not. I don't think most MMO's have had this size of a mainstream audience.
I think a lot of the complaints are from people that aren't used to these types of things.
I've thought the same exact thing you just said numerous times since Destiny came out. Its the only thing I can think of.
Look at Diablo 3. That game got great reviews, and rightfully...
