The year of XBL and the $40 gift card are good, don't get me wrong, but I feel like the PS4 with the 4 free games at $350 is better. Especially since they are all critically acclaimed games. Its like getting the PS4 for $110, but you get all those great games with it.

Yeah. I understand that Tie Fighter would be tough on console because the controllers don't even have half the amount of buttons that you would need, but a new PC Tie Fighter would blow my mindm

Star Wars games used to be the best games. At least the PC ones. Dark Forces, Rebel Assault 1 and 2, and of course, the best flight sims of all time, X-Wing, Tie Fighter, and X-Wing vs. Tie Fighter.

When I was a little kid, I'm not sure how old, I remember opening my NES and getting the lightgun and ROB the Robot in it with Super Mario Brothers, Duckhunt, and Gyromite. The first FEAR game had fantastic AI. They would all take cover as soon as you opened fire. The enemies would actively split off in different directions and try to flank you while you were firing at another enemy. They threw grenades to draw you out of cover.
FEAR's AI was just so good and I don't understand how a game that came out so long ago still has some of the best AI to date. Its like everything else has taken a step back since then.

No. Halo was stuck in development hell forever. I don't think there's been any movement on it in a very long time. You should probably just consider it dead. Which is crazy to me, as Forward Unto Dawn was spectacular, as well as the live-action commercials Halo has done in the past. They could make a great Halo movie if they really wanted to.

I have no problem pointing out the flaws that it has, but its so fun to play. I'm sorry, but if a game has kept my interest for this long, and I'm still playing it every day since launch, months later, then there is no way I could possibly score it a 4/10.
I find it funny that you bring up the terrible launch for COD and Drive Club, yet defend Halo like it didn't have a terrible launch.
Well, as far as gameplay mechanics go, that is actually the one thing that most people agree that Destiny got right.
The gameplay mechanics are actually very good, and you'll be hard pressed to find another FPS that is as perfectly polished and balanced as Destiny.
So please enlighten me, what other FPS games offer better, "complex" gameplay mechanics.
