They didn't get mad because the game did well. If thats what you get from this then you i don't know what to tell you.
This isn't true at all.
Most of these remasters not only have new games in the series that are in production, but the devs sub these remasters out to 3rd parties to make them. The devs themeslves aren't usually working on them. If they are, its just a small team.
Capcom is the exception of course. Aside from SF5 they seem to be only focusing on remasters.
Well yeah, sure someone can boot you, but you can only play POE lvl 32-35 with a fireteam of people you choose to play with. Usually those other people will be your friends. What kind of dick friends do you play with that would kick you from a game after playing for a long time like that?
Its like tfhe raids. Dont play with randoms and you wont have to worry about it.
So what though? I have a PS4. I kept my 360 but it red ringed about 6 months after i got my PS4.
There are some games from last gen that i would love to play again. The Batman games come to mind. The Mass Effect series. X-Com. I would gladly buy remasters of those games for PS4 simply because i cant play them anymore as it is.
I don't understand the negativity and greed accusations some people automatically throw around about this topic. I mean, there is ...
Most games dont come with instruction books anymore.
I wish Mega Man Universe didn't get cancelled those years ago. It would have been awesome to play through a Mega Man game as a bunch of different Capcom characters like Ryu and Arthur from Ghosts and Goblins. Also, customizable characters and levels? Come on that sounds awesome.
Now THAT may have revived them. Yet instead they cancelled it for some stupid reason. Oh well...
So are these issues mostly server problems, or is the game itself glitchy and buggy?
Also, does anyone think they will put an acceptable amount of work in to try and fix the issues?
I'm really interested in this game but i'm gonna keep watch and wait approach to it. I don't want to get involved with a laggy, buggy game.
Who said anything about a $60 price tag?
There's nothing wrong with remasters as long as they aren't keeping devs from making new games. Which they aren't. Most devs push these remasters out to 3rd parties to make. I can't think of any remaster to come out where there wasn't a new installment of the series in the works also.
I fail to see the problem. If a remaster comes out that u dont want it, then dont buy it. Doesn't mean other people dont want it, which they obviously do. Remasters would...
I will buy this in a heartbeat. Mega Mannis one of my favorite franchises to this day and the originals were a big part of my childhood. Can't wait.
Except MKX is clearly in a fantastical world where those things could never happen. I mean, you've got sorcerers, undead, characters shooting fireballs and energy out of their hands, people ripping other people in half with their bare hands, a four armed monster....
I think you're missing the point. The violence isn't the big issue. Its the message the violence sends. Hatred and all these other games catch all this flack because they try to make it real world issu...
This is probably the best point i've seen made about the Hatred controversy and you're absolutely right.
MK and GTA can stand on their own without the controversy because they are still very good games. Bubble up for you, my friend.
Care to elaborate?
There's more to games and their performance than just graphics....
Yes, lets be bitter and totally one-sided and not even mention that there are a lot people that never played these games the first time around.
Yeah Saint 14 is definitely a must, but i think overall I like Armamentarium the best.
Having that extra grenade and rocket ammo for Gjallahorn is very nice!
Its a tie for me overall i suppose. They are both useful depending on what you are trying to do. I tend to use Armamentarium more though. Its my go to exotic, then i use Saint 14 for specific missions.
I started my first playthrough on hard. It had a steep learning curve in the combat area, but i caught on pretty quick. Just stay away from the damn drowners early on lol.
If you like RPGs you will love this game.
I was definitely on the fence about it but wanted a new game, so I took a chance and bought it. I'm seriously loving it. Probably one of the best gaming decisions i've made in a long time. The amount of heart these devs put into this game shows with every second of play. It really is great.
I'm not too big on open world games as i usually dont finish them, but this has me hooked. Gameplay, story....everyth...
Yeah. I'm in the US though. I want to play Bloodborne but i'm not big on the Souls games, so I'm on the fence about this. A price drop would probably make me want to buy it.
Oh well, I have The Witcher to hold me over.
You shouldn't buy recipes or crafting diagrams. Everything that is sold can be found out in the world. If you come across one that a merchant has that you absolutely want right now, its okay. But you definitely shouldn't go around buying all that you see. Its expensive when you could be gettig them for free with a little patience.
