I mean, i'm not a Dark Souls fan at all. For me, the combat is very clunky, and when you have a game based so heavily around fighting enemies that is not a good thing. I would personally give Dark Souls around a 7. Yet a lot of people claim it to be a 9-10 game.

Just look at what going this route did for Wolfenstein! Thats still one of my favorite games so far this gen.
They say this like Doom, Doom 2, and Final Doom weren't all straight action games.
Doom 3 tried to go the horror route, and it was good for what it was, but it didn't feel like Doom.

I just bought the Witcher 3 last week and pre-ordered Arkham Knight yesterday. I promised myself i wouldn't buy anymore games until Fallout 4. Now i see this and it totally solidifies my day one purchase.

Batman: TAS did a lot for super heroes in general.
It was such a great show and way ahead of its time. Its also one of the best interpretations of Batman we've ever had on screen, and thats including all of the live action movies.
