While the shovelware and kids games isn't necessarily wrong, it also has a LOT of great games for adults also.
Bravely Default and Bravely Second, Monster Hunter Series, Fire Emblem Series...
Not to mention timeless franchises like Kirby, Zelda, and Mario.

Sorry can't say anything about the 3D. I have the New 3DS XL version.
Having said that, the New 3DS is awesome. It runs games that the OG 3DS couldn't handle very well.
Monster Hunter and Hyrule Warriors play fantastically on it while the Olde 3DS had some performance issues.
It definitely boosts the more demanding games nicely.

My buddy has a Vizio P-Series and it wouldn't run the HDR correctly, but they recognized that as thei fault and released an update. Fixed it right up.
Keep in mind, it was just the HDR in general. Not its compatibility with the PS4 PRO. But it goes to show that it could definitely be an issue on either side.
Don't you see that by making claims like that (3 in one million) you are doing the exact same thing you are claiming Forbes is doing, only in the other direction?
