505 devs? Aww yeah the PS1/PS2 era is back!
Exactly, also if it's 'off but listening for commands', it's still ON. MS would have eased all of our minds if the unit was able to be manually UNPLUGGED instead of on standby.
I really lost a lot of respect for T10 after hearing this. I mean, it was almost excusable when these features were omitted from Forza 3 & 4 due to 'console limitations', but I will not be defending any excuses they give for it this time. Also I think that there will be less cars in Forza 5 due to every car being available in Forzavista mode. It just shows where their allegiance, or total lack thereof, lies with gamers.
Where are the shills now? Dang MS, the next-gen console race didn't even start and now there are restrictions stretching past the freaking law? Hello Sony, long time no see.
Death, give me a reason why countries that HAD been supported with the Xbox 360 are no longer supported with the Xbox One and then you can talk to me about stupidity.
So they decide to neglect South Africa at launch again? It's fine Microsoft, you won't be seeing my money ever again.
Double post sorry
The 360 doesn't seem like such a bad console now that its successor is truly deserving of all the criticism it gets .
The shills are getting blinder by the day. Open your freaking eyes and see what MS is trying to do to the gaming industry!
Well this is not helping at all. If Microsoft don't see that gamers are not accepting their anti-consumer practices with news like this, then sadly they won't see that it is flat out wrong.
If there is a Mclaren F1 in this game, then you've got my purchase.
What baffles me is that while Microsoft is doing all of this anti-consumer garbage, there are still people that DEFEND them. Microsoft showed up out of nowhere with this stupid used game policy, leading up to the console's announcement, they never made it clear to us how the industry negatively affects ANYONE, let alone themselves, in the first place. There was no kind of investigation made by MS to make people "understand" the effects, so some people are beginning to realise t...
@gameonbro
It isn't gamers that are being alienated as a whole, but just MS making the console overly US-oriented, and squeezing out potential fans overseas due to features pertaining to high income US families only. This is one of the reasons why I'm rooting for Sony this coming gen as they clearly care about gamers all over the world.
Excellent visuals, but why the fictitious sponsor decals? If they want to strive for authenticity they need to correct this.
Wow, there must be more articles here on what the Xbone CAN'T do then what it can do. XD
I wish this wasn't a Wii U exclusive. In fact, it would work better on PS3 due to its superior FFB wheel support.
It's supposed to, as the title suggests, be a throwback to the SEGA racing games of 2 decades ago.
@ YoungPlex
I believe the name of the game youre looking for is SEGA Super GT, or Sports Car Ultimate Drive (SCUD) Race in Japan.
I speculate it will last for round about the same time. When the 360 and PS3 released, the recession was only two years after, and technological advances (HD, Blu-ray in PS3's case) future-proofed the consoles while the companies were unable to physically release new hardware due to economic concerns. I think a good deal of future proofing has been done with both next-gen consoles (not so sure about the Wii U).
Agreed. M$ need to get off of their high horses. This situation is getting extremely complicated and they accuse us gamers of muddying the waters when that fault was (is) clearly theirs.
I don't get where this dogma that the cars have to be difficult to drive in order to deliver the most realistic experience comes from.
On topic: Why did PD decide to make a track in this setting? Doesn't GT already have Eiger Nordwand?
