It says Breaking Bad could do a good follow up side story, but I'm pretty confident Walter will be dead by the end, so that won't happen. Season 5 IS the follow up story. The epilogue, if you will. The main show really ended with Season 4.
Plus, I don't really see that being a good game. For one thing, could you imagine the media's outcry over a game that "glorifies" drug dealing?

I don't understand this criticism. The series has clearly been going in this direction since SR2. Did you even play 3? Laser guns, space ships, super powers..that's already part of the franchise.
There are things about the game I like and things I don't like (only played it for about 2-3 hours so far), but it's still a good Gears game. I agree with a score of 7. I don't, however, agree with the way this article breaks it down. Also, it's rather poorly written.
It needs dudes walking away from an explosion without reacting to it or looking back.

I'm not sure why you expect greatness from the Walking Dead brand, though. The show (especially season 3) is awful.
Sure, the comics are good, and the adventure game isn't bad; but it's not like the franchise has been firing on all cylinders up to this point.
