That was pretty cheap by Sony. Sony got free publicity and didn't even offer him the console. That's seriously f***ed up.
Microsoft really needs to get their act together. It's unacceptable that games in 2013 from new consoles don't run at 1080p.
Since it's too late to improve the hardware, I hope Microsoft improves their drivers and OS from the X1, so that all future games from the X1 are 1080p.

In Europe all products have a 2 year warranty. If the console got banned in the first 2 years, i simply would take the console to the store where i bought it, and demand a full refund or a replacement console due to the console not being fully functional... and the store would be obliged to replace/refund the console.

I think everybody suspected this. X1 might do well in the USA... but in Europe and the rest of the world, i don't think it will sell that much.

I hope so, because i have no intention in buying a next gen console in the next 3 months... but i don't think it will come down in the next 3 months. It will mostly depend on X1 sales, and if Microsoft detects that they are losing market share, they will be forced to lower the X1's price.
In the USA the X1 has good preorder numbers, but I suspect the X1 sales in Europe ...
