1) Every series has a following and that following always thinks that game is best because it is to them.
2) Every person has their own personal GotY.
3) There are numerous GotY awards.
4) Why does it matter? Only the devs should get an ego boost from these awards.
Good thing the author has no say in the matter. Sounds like too much beer not enough video games to have any idea what is right.
It is more than marketing when a game is played for years by many. If Halo: Reach is anything like 1, 2 or 3 you will be hearing about it for years to come.

The game has campaign co-op already. They are adding matchmaking to it that is score based. The feature was left out because it puts you on a random level which could ruin the game for someone at launch.

At least MS didn't block backwards compatibility and then sell the games again. If that isn't milking I don't know what is. Oh rereleasing a game so it works with move might be.
Crackdown 2 has more active players than Uncharted 2 and Fable 2 is old.

I thought it was shit. The guy had a lot to say, but some of it was downright idiotic. I could care less about the score a game gets as long as the reviewer at least knows what they're saying.
