I don't enjoy all of sony's exclusive offerings but I do enjoy most of them. Every generation they invest and work tirelessly to keep pumping out great games and they always have a good amount of variety. That alone with the reasonable price is why I made the purchase on day one.
I hope they release games a bit sooner this time around because I'm definitely ready.

Yes console games have been $60.00 for sometime now, but considering its the same game with some enhancements most of us feel it should be less money. I only paid about $15 for it on pc.
The fact is that this is a re-release with no additional story content nothing major besides graphical updates which was already designed with amd systems in mind (tress fx) so the port must not have been to difficult, yet the publisher feels the need to charge ...
Will drivclub still be free? I hope so.
Does anybody know if this game is better optimized? How well it runs on a mid range set up?

The reason most of us wait is not because we are cheap it's because we are not stupid enough to pay 50-60 dollars on day 1 when in just a few short months we can save 50% or more. With console games you're kind of stuck paying the full price because most of the games don't drop in price for around a year.
I recently downloaded the new update for Planetside 2 and there has been a huge improvement. I have and amd phenom II x4 970 BE paired with a gtx 670 and I it's finally p playable on max settings at 1080p I'm getting from 35 to 50 fps. But my video card is never at 100% use.
Because it's a great series that people love. I'm sure there will be another God Of War, Uncharted, Last of us, Halo, Fable and so on as long as they produce quality games then they can keep them alive.
Yeah part 2 was solid but a huge let down at the end, horrible (boss battle) disappointed me.
Peter had an interesting mind but he just couldn't get things right.

But doesn't the framerate on the ps4 version vary? They should have locked it at 60 fps from what I've heard it dips to the low 30's

Most people can actually run it in ultimate settings, it doesn't use max aa for ultimate however if you add max aa that's when the game can become very unplayable.

Why do they only have the pc version on ultra, the pc version has an ultimate setting.
This was the best Fable game hands down.

I'm not sure why you received disagrees it runs on unreal engine and the recommended specs aren't high end at all.
Not sure what kind of laptop you have but that actually is very unlikely.
Same here I have been wanting to play this game but I haven't seen it on sale. It's a freebie on ps4 right?

The ps3 outsold the 360 in the U.S and the 360 had a year start. I'm sure the x1 will do well but with a lower price point and the brand I firmly believe the ps4 will outsell the x1 by a large margin.

It's important to keep those games exclusive for them. It was a signature franchise and now its a guarantee that it will stay alive. So if anyone was thinking about jumping ship because it might end up on ps now they will likely stick to the x1 or buy both.
Buying Gears is definitely big news for MS. It's a series that has legs and if this developer is capable of delivering a great experience then it could be a system seller.
As for the unannounced game who knows maybe it's new or they could be reviving an old series.
More games more advertising, I'm not sure if the new Zelda game is out yet but that was an impressive looking game and I think it could have some selling power people have been waiting for a Zelda game that truly looked next gen.
