Well, color could make the PS Vita more successful in America. It might not THE reason 3DS is successful, but surely it helps. I have never understood why Sony wouldn't launch different colors for the PS Vita. I bought a 3DS because I liked it red, a lot of girls buy one because there's pink and purple. So even if the games are good, the color of the console really can influence a little bit the decision.

They should have made the game for PS4/XBO and not PS3/360. They explained their reasons, but by the time it launches a lot of people will have moved on. Sadly, it's just a way for them to get more money. I wouldn't be surprised that after a while they announce the game for next gen anyways.
Pray that this game fails so bad so that companies get scared of this model in consoles.
The problem with games like these succeeding is that, just like COD, every single company will want to copy it. Look at Killer Instinct, selling you each character at $5 each! that is a rip off!. I don't want a world where in order to just play you have to pay for every single thing in the game (weapons, characters, maps, levels, items, outfits) *shivers*
Something that bothers me a lot is that consoles and handhelds used to be something different from their predecessors, but if you take a look at all new consoles, they al have recycled content. For example:
3DS is just a DS with 3D.
Wii U has the interface, Miis, and everything that the Wii had, it doesn't have a completely new UI.
PS4 the same as Wii U, it has a lot of sounds and UI elements from PS3
Vita same as PSP, al...
Sony might not have diversity on their launch line up. Actually, they are only releasing four titles, which could be disappointing for some people if they only want to play first party games. You're right. Nintendo having so many great IPs on their history and several genius minds that could potentially create great new iPs, and yet, they waste all their money, time and talent in these things. What a shame.
I know HE didn't decide that, but Square Enix keeps screwing with PS fans. Why did they confirm time and time again that FFv13 was going to be exclusive when is not (the same happened with FF13). Now that they have changed the name is excuse enough to fin a loophole and say it's a different game?.
For me, Nomura and the Kingdom Hearts (original) team is the only good thing Square Enix has now. If they hadn't bought EIdos, they would probably be irrelevant by now....
He shouldn't be allowed to be on a PS conversation with creators after backstabbing every PS fan about the game being a PS exclusive. For me, the symmetrical placement of the Analog sticks is the best part of the controller. I used to have an original Xbox and the controller felt great, but when I tried the Playstation controller, it felt much more comfortable to play. Unfortunately though, the PS controllers have never been too comfortable as a whole. This is something to be completely fixed with the new PS4 controller.

On one hand, it's awesome that Gravity Rush is getting a sequel. PS Vita needs games like this which are made entirely for the system and take advantage of it, instead of all those PS3 ports. On the other hand, I would love to see this franchise on the PS4. They could do a lot of great things with it, and it would look even better.
I would prefer if they do GTA VI in 3 or 4 years instead of rereleasing GTA V for PS4. A true next gen GTA would be much better, even if we have to wait a lot of time.
I don't get that philosophy. If you don't find what you want to buy, you buy something else? OLED wins hands down! I would have never believed that Sony would take away the OLED screen in a redesign. I thought that it was the selling point of the vita (as hardware).
