Last time I played it was when SMG 1 launched. Before that, I hadn't touched my wii since launch when I played Zelda. After that I sold it, and I just bought a black wii just for this game, and if you ask me, is totally worth it!

and i will love SMG 2, but refering to Gametrailers's standards ONLY, they said when reviewing Uncharted 2 that no game that does not innovate, will not get more than 9.3 in their reviews.
As much as I think Mario deserves that score, by gametrailers's standards, SMG 2 is just the same SMG 1, improved with added bells and whistles, and to think about it, Mario games have been the "same" for 25 years.

that FFv13 going multiplatform would be a blow for Sony, they have the best first party games, and those are the only ones this generation setting the bar higher with each release. That being said, FFvs13 going multiplatform would be a huge blow for us gamers, and for the game itself.

Developers whine about wanting their games to sell more, so they make them for all the platforms, but then, they advertise the game for just ONE console. I know MS pays and whatnot, but wouldn't be in the developers' interest to advertise their game for every game console they make it? Otherwise, why make whine about selling more games in the first place? and why whine about console exclusivity?
It´s interesting why, when PS3 loses an exclusive game because is third party everybody say it is because third party exclusives are dying. But people just don´t realize that the 360 has so many publishers making games exclusive for the 360 (whether they are good or bad).
So in other words, PS3 doesn´t deserve to have third party exclusives (Final Fantasy Versus 13, but it doesn´t matter that 360 has them (Grears of War, Mass Efect, etc)
is that right after they announced FFXIII for 360 they released a trailer of FFversusXIII saying FOR PLAYSTATION 3 ONLY WORLDWIDE, then, after some time, they released another trailer saying, EXCLUSIVE FOR PLAYSTATION 3 WORLDWIDE.

Media these days overhype everything, and as good as this game is, I doubt it is worth 9.8.
I would expect a new Xbox announcement at next year's E3, to launch Winter 2011, also the next Nintendo console. I'm not sure about Sony, but my guess would be that by 2012 we will have the next PlayStation.
MS is in a very rough position right now. Even with the great exclusives (or "exclusives") that they're releasing this year, I think that they are launching Natal as a test for the next console. I don't think that MS would be launching Halo 4 for...
Don´t let the controls discourage you, better yet, learn to adapt. Not every game has to play the same. Developers aim for something that fits their vision of the game, so it is obvious that they won´t try to copy other games.
Not because you jump with A in Mario Bros. means that every other platformer has to jump with A.
