I really don't know what happened with HVS on this game. They lost their vision, or they couldn't get a publisher to publish Gladiator A.D. the way it was...I'm tending to think it's the latter portion though.
I know. You both know I don't have a patience though! I figured you were both busy being it Saturday and all.
I really wish the style was the same as Gladiator A.D. instead of the new look for Tournament of Legends!
Has anybody tried to purchase Wii Fit Plus since the beginning of January? If so, have you had any luck?
Do you think NMH2 is worth a buy, or a rent? Or maybe wait for a price drop?
My wife and I had our first child last April. One huge reason I'm not interested in "Mature" games is because of how immature they seem to be with content these days.
Being that you have both games, do you think NMH2 is a game that has a lot of replay value? Or do you think it's a game that people will beat and put aside?
I haven't gotten either one of them either, though if I did, it would be TvC.
...where you could play the game, but not buy it? I don't remember if it was TvC, but I thought that happened with one of the launch events for a game.
This hack affects everybody in the level, not just the hacker. It's basically infinite ammo on every weapon, and rapid fire weapons as well.
It was present in COD:WaW on the Wii, but it's not a game breaker...it's just really insane when it happens, because explosions are happening everywhere and the noise is incredible.
If you didn't beat it, I would suggest giving the game a full play-through. Also, did you find getting higher ranks in the levels difficult?
I'm not really what you mean by that. If you mean the Wii doesn't have good games I disagree. If you mean the Wii can't do a FPS game, I disagree.
I own a PS3 and Wii, and I prefer my FPS controls on the Wii. I wish there were more companies like Treyarch that knew how to properly port games, instead of destroying and remaking games into completely different types(Dead Space Extraction comes to mind).
Just remember The Conduit was released four full months before COD:MWR.
Also, look at the "prediction" made in the article and see if you agree with it.
The spawn glitch is one of the main reasons I got rid of the game.
I'm hoping the developers really did study the first game, and took the strengths from the first game.
I think the original Red Steel was one many people went into with a negative view because of the negative reviews. As I stated in Part 1 of this, I don't even think Matt Casamassina finished playing the game before he reviewed it.
If you haven't played the original, I would suggest giving it a rent, or if you can find it for $20 or less, I highly recommend it.
If you've played both games, The Conduit and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Reflex, which game do you think is better?
My wife and I beat it, then went back through the game and collected all the star coins.
We would play each unlocked level, then go and collect more star coins for the next level.
We beat it within about a two week period, and played it a lot during that time though.
@rumplstilts:
The Bowser battle was crazy awesome with two people. The first time, I was in a bubble and my wife completed it.
The second time for all the star coins, we both we...
Looks like destructible environments are in the game...I wonder how they're implemented into the game-play.
Has anybody played and beaten NSMBW with another person?
The fighting mechanics from the videos for Gladiator A.D. showed they needed some improving, not changing the setting.
The Conduit wasn't a bad game, but it wasn't a great game.
I think The Conduit's main problem was its broken online play.
