Games cost money, and more money than ever. Shocker.
@morganfell It is the typical ideology gamers have these days. If you speak logic, they speak nonsense. If the micro transactions do not take away anything from the gameplay itself, why does it matter? 75% of the population on here don't even buy their own games.
Piracy is hurting the industry to begin with, and that is why I don't mind this "online required" game. I can't even remember the last time I played a console/PC game offline.
Feels like copy paste with texture updates.
The entire competitive multiplayer feels like copy and paste. The strike was good if they have the proper story in the game which wasn't in the first. I don't know why, but I feel like bungie is trying to get by with minimal effort.
hardly popular? Rofl, this game has been a huge success. It runs fine on x1, and pc, you just have to choose a server with good ping. You are clearly uninformed on the fixes of the game. How is ARK now behind the fans? They are keeping all the servers the way they are, and buying more unlike many companies. They push out huge updates and make major fixes. Ya'll just haters who can get past the beginning of the game cause you are bad at it.
Maybe if Sony didn't deny them on their platform before they could of had more time to polish the game on PS4, instead Sony refused a popular game. They did it to themselves. https://www.gamespot.com/ar...
Is The Last of Us being a exclusive a good thing? Who accepts these articles?
That's why Halo 5 is the best multiplayer shooter for them since 3.
Apparently none of you watched E3. By the way I have a PC, and a PS4. When Sony was pushing out indies, and barely any first party games it was being hailed. They even had articles across multiple gaming news websites today showing how they don't care as much.
Meanwhile Sony showed less indies at E3, while Xbox was judged by lack of big titles. That wasn't the story 2 years ago when everyone was praising Sony.
It's because they made a garbage game engine.
Besides Scalebound where were the "other" promises? I think you are eating confused with Sony's track record of exclusive promises. You would know that if you were around at the beginning of the PS2 days, they have a long trend of making games disappear.
"When you don't appreciate all gamers, and you're a game developer." There I fixed their typo.
How is he ruining Xbox? It takes time to build studios. I think the person who made the article misunderstands game development, and what the Xbox community wants.
Crackdown has the entire city that can be breakable. Do you even know anything about game development?
Remember that you need a 4K monitor, and to see it running. The Xbox X can be smoother, and use more dynamic lighting most likely. Also, this games engine wasn't designed for 4K, it simply added patches.
If they don't put effort into making it look the best it can because of the Sony deal then it will be my last time buying a Bungie game.
I saw plenty of games at E3 that will look amazing on the X. They announced 22 exclusives. I don't understand how people forget that. Crackdown 3 looks amazing, the first one was great. Sea of Thevies looks really fun, and a game that I could really enjoy. Ori is one of the best platformers of this decade in my opinion, and is really fun. State of Decay 2 will be fun, the first one was amazing. The Darwin Project looks interested.
Cuphead is also a really fun game I pl...
This game is amazing. I have had no temptation even to get micro-transactions. It is a shame that the gaming media has slandered this game, and created a false perception for many gamers.
