At least they're doing something about it. My friends and I the other night stopped playing after the second match cause we weren't getting any experience or credit.
So Last of Us remade 1 year after release to get Xbox fans switching to PS4; sure, we'll go with that argument but you cannot say Nintendo porting over Mario Kart 8 is only for Nintendo fans when not many people didn't even bother getting a Wii U. My PC gamer friend and Xbox gamer friend both are gonna get the Switch and plan to get Mario Kart 8 since they missed out on it. I own a Wii U and Mario Kart 8 so I do not plan to buy it.
I've seen people on here defend The Las...
People made the argument with the launch of the PS4 and Xbox One that their launch lineup should not be compared to the Wii U's 2013 lineup since it had a year to establish itself and rightly so. Compare launch titles with launch titles of other companies. It's how I see it personally. I didn't get an Xbox One or PS4 until September of 2014 but with that year of being on the market, I was able to get more games since I waited. There's absolutely nothing wrong with waiting as y...
This game needs a Little Mac cameo somehow.
Very true. I give Nintendo a lot of props for keeping local multiplayer alive and kicking but that shouldn't stop them from improving their online services. And as I said in a previous article, maybe they have improved it since they aren't going to begin charging for online until the fall so hopefully there are improvements. If not and it is similar to Wii U's online, then it won't be worth it.
The PSVita, 3DS, and Wii U get anywhere between 3-5 hours of playing time, all dependent on brightness and features and Wifi usage. The Switch ranges between 2.5-6 hours depending on similar factors as well. To me, it's a good battery life. The plus side(so far if true) is the ability to charge it via portable battery if necessary just like I do with my phone. Maybe they'll release battery packs just like they did with the 3DS and Wii U gamepad, time will tell.
I own a PS4 and Xbox One and I'm interested. I like the idea of portability cause I travel a lot and can bring it with me. Plus I can never pass up a new Mario and Pokémon game. Portable 3D Mario? Count me in
I'm really hoping Bomberman is good cause my friends and I still play the GameCube version and have been waiting for a new one for a long time but it's Konami... but it's also old Hudson staff so hope will remain
I hope they announce Monster Hunter, Animal Crossing, and Pokémon soon. Not so much with a 2017 release date but coming soon at least. Definitely three games I would like.
Can't look it; don't want to risk potential spoilers. Only 5 more days until this game is mine
I hate the idea of paying for online; doesn't matter which company. Microsoft set a horrible business model that Sony picked up and Nintendo is following cause both Microsoft and Sony make tons of money off of their subscription services.
Only way Nintendo can make this good if it's like 20 bucks a year and/or if their services are improved(which they need to be, no doubt). 60 bucks for online services like on Wii U? No thank you, that'll be a ripoff but right now it'...

Lots of people defended Last of Us on PS4 on this article when that remaster came out a year after PS3 so I'll say what one of the top comments said on one of those articles just tweaked a bit.
So it's enhanced for Switch... new users will love it, and I am sure anyone who bought the game who feels like they ...
"While it was confirmed that you can earn this currency while playing the game, there was no indication given on how quickly you earn it or clarification as to whether or not you can purchase it."
Knowing Konami, they'll probably do something stupid as to have microtransaction; however, since it isn't confirmed, shouldn't this story be marked as rumor with regards to the microtransactions?
Jesus Christ, that really really sucks. On the bright side, you guys have Lord of the Rings and Flight of the Conchords
Said exactly what I was saying in my long post(quoting the article made my post so much longer than I wanted it to be)
"Nintendo and it’s online services have been largely lackluster in comparison to both Sony and Microsoft."
Maybe they've fixed it since they haven't shown much about it yet? I mean, the difference between the Wii's and Wii U's online were drastically different. Not on par with Live but there was a difference for sure(no more stupid friend codes). Basically wait until they show it off more to see if their online is worth a fee. Though I do not agree...
The PS3 reveal is probably one of the worst too with Sony telling us to get a second job to pay for the $600 console or Sega with the Saturn telling everyone 'available now' at E3 as a surprise only to screw over retailers and developers cause they weren't informed of a release date and had retailers refusing to sell their system.
Stop attacking Microsoft in every article.
@Foxtrot
True to an extent but reveal was still terrible with...
This article has a lot of grammatical errors but anyways, to the point of the article.
Minus the fanboy-ish rant against the other two companies(Sony in particular in this article), he does have a point. Day 1 for PS4, we got Knack, Resogun, and Killzone as our PS4 exclusives. Day 1 for Xbox One, we got Dead Rising 3, Forza 5, Crimson Dragon, Killer Instinct, and Ryse. Multiplats were also titles available on the Xbox 360 and the PS3 minus 1-2 give or take. The next exclusive that w...
2-player splitscreen is normally 60fps cause it's not as tasking to render 2 separate screens but what's the last 4 player splitscreen game that ran at 60fps? If you have any that are offered on the PS4 and Xbox One, I'm all ears.
Definitely the Wii U's swan song. Can't wait to play it myself
The PSP had a battery life of 4-5 hours. The DS had 10 hours of life. The Vita and 3DS were more powerful than them yet had weaker battery life. Games today require more resources and power; plus features(like online functionality), take up more power too.
If a 3DS game with the resolution of a PS2 game lasts 3-5 hours and the Switch with 720p lasts 2.5-6 hours, isn't that still good? It is in my opinion
