It reminded me of that early PS3 game Untold Legends: Dark Kingdom which was also an uninspired launch game

It’s a collaborative effort on both Sony and Marvel. Marvel has the gaming rights to the character. They are the ones who can decide if Spider-Man appears where, but they also have a partnership with Sony to use the character which started when Insomniac chose to use Spidey in their PS4 game. I think the question is what is the extent of that partnership?
Right. It’s Activision. They aren’t gonna let an opportunity like charging more for their games slip by.
It woulda been perfect, especially how Spidey mentions the Avengers are on the west coast. Now we’ll get to scrutinize CD’s take on Spider-Man on every level. Hehehehe.
Yeah. Normally we’d get a reveal in the summer E3 event. Give a guy some time to save some cash, but they’ve been playing this price game too close to the chest. I’m already keeping my price expectations reasonably high for a console at $600
Sony, at this point, doesn’t need to wait for MS. MS is sending the message out that you don’t really need a Series X to play Next Gen MS games. Even with all it’s power, you can build a more powerful PC and have Game Pass

Yeah and they’ll never be happy. This whole time 60fps was the standard that gamers wanted. Now that it seems like the next gen would be able to achieve that more easily, people want 120fps.

Got a brand new 4k tv that doesn’t support 120 FPS so it wouldn’t really matter. The real question is if players can be filtered so the 120 FPS players don’t have an advantage over 60 and below.

I agree. She woulda been perfect during the old days where systems needed mascots and such; maybe have a solo game, but to be pushed to the forefront when you have a team of better characters, kinda sucks.

So weird. So basically they’re saying they don’t want to put the effort into the PS4 version. “Different save and version of Unreal” is just an excuse for laziness or being cheap.
My pc runs the 3D polygon demo it came with at what looks like 12fps. I’m pretty sure Horizon will kill my pc.
That’s one of the issues about digital games. Those who never got to buy these games will be out of luck unless a physical copy exists.
