GTFO of here with your bullsh1t, son. EA's been making games for the XBOX brand since it launched in 2001...hardly "a couple years ago"....and for MS's PC market since LOOOOOONG before Sony showed up in gaming. GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT, KIDDO. :o
therefore, you don't have SH1T. :o
...this is flat out COPYING, and likely an infringement MS will sue over.
For those non-360 gamers, the actual designation for the stat system on LIVE for individuals is called a "gamercard"; "gamertag" is merely your "handle". Therefore, if Sony has used this same name for their wannabe-LIVE stats-holder, I seriously doubt MS will let it slide. Either this is completely wrong, or the person who initially reported this, was ACTUALLY looking at ...
..what he wrote, reeked of a 13 y.o. fanboy whining. I hate to tell you this, but 13 year olds are not largely considered a part of the "consumer" market. :o
You've just embarrassed yourself (further), not only in front of the internet community, but the staff at EA Sports. You submitted a completely immature, unprofessional, fanboyish rant...filled with horrible grammar...and got back a very polite, succinct, and logical reply from one of the most hated Devs on the planet. Good job, dude....keep doing the SONY fanatics proud with your ignorance. :o
...but when the year-late PS3 version of FNR3 came out...with one added feature, and slightly better sweat...they were ALL singing it's praises, and thanking EA for showing the "power of Cell". PATHETIC.
...and Europe, Japan, China, Mexico, Canada...
http://www.nfl.com/internat... . Time to crawl out of your cave, and see the rest of the world, son. :o
...click "Reply", dumbass.
Anyway, so you actually expect me to believe you're going to be playing Crysis...or any other PC title...on your PS3? Umm...NO. Sure, you could use emulation programs to "run" a myriad of older PC titles, but anything made in the past few years...or future...wouldn't work with the PS3 hardware. I don't recall ever hearing of Cell being an x86 processor. Therefore, if you actually manage to get Crysis, or Alan Wake, or Bioshoc...
"Back to speed though, Some people say It's slow, maybe it is using the wireless wifi, Most people have cable modems, Buy a router, Hook the included Ethernet cable that came with the PS3 into the router, buy a Mouse and a Keyboard, Then Install Linux on it, You'll have a Small very Powerful Computer on your hands."
No, a "very powerful computer" would be able to play all of the current and near-future PC games.....and the PS3 cannot. You've just got a real...
I'm insulted that I'm expected to believe ANY of that bullsh1t.
Unless the "Playstation faithful", who supposedly conducted such ludicrous tests on a PS3, work for Underwriter's Laboratories, and have officially documented their results...I'm calling this 100% BULLSH1T. :o
INTERNATIONAL. :o
...but that game is more impressive than Ratchet and Clank, IMO.
As for SC:C, this isn't the first time a Ubi representative stated the 360 handles A.I. better than the PS3; same was said about AC.
1.) The WiFi adapter is only useful/needed IF YOU HAVE A WIRELESS ROUTER. Also, MS chose not to include wireless, because there's not an international industry standard for the technology yet. Wired is ALWAYS better...WiFi is just an easy, convenient way of avoiding running wires.
2.) Sony decided EVERYONE who wanted a PS3, would also have to buy a Blu-Ray drive...no choice in the matter. Just because it's there, doesn't mean it's necessary...the games certainly haven't sh...
Oh, that's right...because the admins are idiots. My bad. :o
...a better comparison would be Mass Effect vs. HAZE.... which ME wins.
Of course, since HAZE is coming to the 360 ANYWAY, it's really a moot point. :)
...will come when both games have been out for 6 months, and we can compare the SALES. I predict 4.5 million for HALO 3, and 1 million for HAZE. Of course, HAZE will pick up a lot more sales next year, when the 360 version releases, and 360 owners are finally ready for something new, after playing HALO 3, Mass Effect, and Bioshock.
...I included the 360 in that ALSO; if you're going to agree with me, agree 100%.
XBOX 360 ($350) + COD4 ($60)= $410 for the BEST LOOKING gaming experience TO DATE.
CRYSIS is looking less and less impressive, as months go by, and more next-gen games are revealed/released for 360/PS3....and it's the best PC has to offer in the near future. Considering it's a given that EA will make sure some version of CRYSIS makes it to the consoles, I see NO REASON to want/need a gaming rig; that $1000+ will be much better spent on many more games for my 360.
...in regards to the 3 consoles in the title. He barely touched on the gaming industry AT ALL, let alone go into any details about the hardware/software configs of the 360, Wii, and PS3, and their futures. What a waste of time.
...you can't even f@cking SPELL algorithm with no mistakes. :o
