...my first racer on the Xbox platform and I loved every minute of it. Was a nice balance between simulation and arcade.

...please address the fact that we have too many snipers during multiplayer. This morning I was playing a round and half the attacking team quit as they were not winning. The half that quit were sniping and not really helping their team to win!
Am I the only one that gets frustrated over the number of people sniping in this game?
...explain to me why its such a big deal to have gold coloured weapons?

No console or PC is safe from the potential fallout of an update. I just wish the 360 avatars didn't look so...um, casual.
...the PS3 XMB was fast. Try pulling it up mid game and it crawls along.
...but for a new release game there are too few people playing it on-line. My prediction is that DLC won't save this game from going into multiplayer obscurity when Black Ops is released.

I just checked out the revised RRP for this game in NZ (where I live) and its now over $150 for the standard edition.
What a f**king joke. No way in hell is Activision getting any of my money for this game.
...but its all but dead in my part of the world. If I'm willing to put up with lag I can join games from the US or EU but fighting the lag ruins the experience.
I gave up playing because it seemed like every second game was on the Academy map where the game was reduced to nothing more than a spawn killing spree. Such a shame as K2 is easily the best multiplayer I had ever played on a console. You actually needed real skill to play and not just be a camping sniper.
...for this on PS3 and can't say I could see myself buying the full game. I would rather play a new version of Burnout.
...just double the res of the current PSP otherwise the PSP2 will price itself out of the market. If this thing retails like an IPhone then it won't sell well at all. Sony proved that with the Go.
...but when the hell are they going to update their graphics engine. COD is starting to look like a second hand car they spruce up with a new oat of paint and sell as new.
MW2 sold for $130 in NZ and there is no way I'm paying that for what simply looks like an add-on pack for MW2.

...into a trap of debating capacity. That is download speeds, file sizes, etc. Look at how far we have come in the last 10 years in terms of storage and download speeds. To think that they will remain where they are is just plain rediculous. 10 years ago downloading an entire music album would have been perceived as madness and a reason why on-line music stores would never prevail...now look at where music store retailers are.

...is pretty dull. However, the single player gets better as you go. My problem was it didn't really have a solid story to tie it all together and it was over all too quickly.
Multiplayer is a blast although it could do with a better lobby system (as with most console games) and a few glitches ruin things at times.
...at how much MS has achieved over the past decade. They gained a foothold with the original Xbox and with the 360 they have established themselves as a real contender in the gaming console stakes. I must admit that if MS didn't have such deep pockets that the pre-slim 360 probably would have sent them into backruptcy.
