Their website does look like pretty ghetto with their low resolution everything and crappy layout.
But if they are right this time, then they are going to be improving their reliability. So it would render the crappiness of their page design as irrelevant as long as they provide accurate information.

I would say at that point though was when PS1 and Saturn were coming out on the cheaper CD platform.

It's true. Even smartphone games can be played for 6 hours straight without knowing it. So it means they did something right. In the long run, you find out whether or not they did something you didn't like.
