why don't games look washed out like that on my machine... oh yeah: full RPG
grow up son
in light of the fact that Sony have said themselves that they feel they can make more profit off of a smaller userbase, i would say this article is very interesting and even if you don't agree with it, well written. think about games like LBP at sale for £10 - £12. on the face of it that might look bad, but when you think that at that price more people will buy it and so more people will buy the DLC... you begin to realize that lowering the price could actually lead to an increase i...
fantastic news for the consumer and for MM. it means that even more people can purchase the online additions to the game. one day MM will be able to give the game away and still make vast profits. on another note: do people realize that LBP cost MM only 3 million to make?
MS think 5 years ahead of consumer demand!!! don't make me laugh. then why remove HDDs from Arcades when clearly we are heading for a downloadable future? so why bring out an Eyetoy clone or a Singstar clone? they have always and will always be years behind the curve. Peter Moore just gave his true colours away
it did well on the PSP so why not on the DSi?
i wonder how many people who have both consoles won't realize that the PS3 version is the best?
the reviews of both versions will be interesting. we WILL see once and for all which sites are biased because clearly the PS3 version should score higher
not if the PS3 became the hub to download and interact with the net from your PSP :) E3 will reveal all
too bad you'll never get to play them
Sider, what are you talking about? the PS2 is for casual/core/hardcore and always has been. the Wii is a gimmick and a fad. it's just a fad that millions of people keep plugging into and then realize what a waste it was and put it in the draw after a couple of weeks.
how is UMD useless if it's delivered millions and millions of games to millions of PSP owners?
WHAT?!!!!!!!!!! why don't people realize that the PSP has to have the same amount of care put on it's games as the PS2. it's not like the DS
for sure, so do i, but looking at the install base, that percentage of sales is incredibly low to say the least. this could put other devs off producing games of this nature in the same way that devs are now knocking out simpler games for the Wii... i think we are on the same page though :)
i have to agree with you here because sales doesn't mean flop. but it is an indication the the demographic for the DS has changed too much and the Wii is following rapidly
because 360 owners cling so desperately to the 1 year + head start they had. now check to see how many consoles sold from the release of the PS3... just do it and you'll see why we laugh a lot at 360 optimism. i think you'll find that both consoles are in fact neck and neck in terms of sale... and the 360 had NO competition for 1 year +. if the PS3 had released alongside the 360, then the PS3 would have been in the lead because the 360 would have had competition
i don't think you took in what i said. HD machines are outselling the SD machine. it doesn't matter that it's two against one, it's a vote of preference and more gamers prefer serious gaming to novelty gaming
look, it's not going to do well on a system that doesn't cater for the normal gaming market. the DS is not for the core or hardcore and neither is the Wii. this trend will continue on both machines
is Nintendo a beast though? think about it. 49 million people have opted for the SD machine with the Wii mote, while 51 million people have opted for the consoles with HD and standard controller
this is a very smart move by MS. this is one answer to the standard HD argument.
yep, and it should have had racing cars too... shame, it could have been perfect
