nope you are both wrong. it's infinite downloads on the PS3 that the account is locked to and 4 more on PS3s you access through your account details
what is it with people. first they said that Blu-ray wouldn't sell, then when it did they said that DVD would win and now the attachment rate of Blu-ray is beating the attachment rate of DVD over it's first few year, they are wishing Blu-ray to die quickly. it's really sad
it's not biased. i also hate the fact that people can earn Trophies from user created LBP levels. but it's abused more on the 360
