I am just glad that Bayonetta 2 is getting made and hopefully it will sale well enough for them to bring part 3 to PS4.
I am glad he is sticking to his guns with his approach. I just hope he understands that the current state of the industry has a lot of people that understand nothing about actual sexism standing on their soapboxes spouting nonsense, mainly to get clicks for their website. I also, hope gamers understand that there are some valid points being made about sexism in general and it is a discussion that is going to happen.
Creative freedom should never be lost in our struggle to fin...
Where did I say anything about DRM? Oh and there are advantages to a digital only device. The problem is that Microsoft themselves never really got around to those advantages. I get your point, but I think you are being way to reactionary. Right now what Microsoft plan just wasn't going to work, but a few years in the future it will be standard. I am not defending the DRM because I, like most others, think it's a bad thing and doesn't solve the problem. I am specifically talking a...
Oh look a story from a site called Game One Daily, sure that site isn't biased at all.
Sell out gamers? Thats seems a bit extreme. If anything they saw where the future was heading and decided to get the jump on everyone so they could gain control over the market and dictate everything. I don't see this as a personal slight against gamers, but more of a move on a company's part to make a calculated decision.
The problem is that they underestimated the intelligence of their audience and got crushed when they didn't have the answer to any of the quest...
I welcome it. I love Demon's Souls and Dark Souls is an amazing game. So if developers want to add in a little bit more challenge that is fine with me.
Well I am glad that Gamefly will be around for a little longer, but they are kidding themselves if they think this isn't the future.
The whole self-publishing thing for indies do remain a major problem. Still, Phil Fish has no one to blame for his poor deal he made with Microsoft other than himself. It sucks that he got a raw deal, but he was the one that pushed to make the deal and signed the contract.
Well I liked the FF13 series, yes I know I am in the minority here and yes I get why people dislike it. Either way, I am just glad that this game will bring the FF13 saga to the end and Square Enix can move on making games that people want.
I just hope they learned their lesson and don't cut out features in FF15 just because it is multiplatform.
Great more cutscenes. Just make a movie already.
Yeah it's pretty clear that Gamestop is favoring the PS4 fairly heavily now. Looks like the top execs realized that the whole participating retailer thing wasn't so hot of an idea in the long run.
This is not a new problem, some of the past updates have bricked systems before and Sony handles that. It sucks for this happening to people, but they know they will be taken care of in a timely manner.
Still this does suck for ps3 owners, especially with The Last of Us out right now. On another note, there is no reason for you to take pleasure in someone else terrible situation.
I don't want a Xbox One, but I am certainly not going to demonize the people...
No they did say it was an exclusive. The real question is if it's a timed exclusive or not?
How else can Microsoft check to see if you are stealing games if you aren't constantly online. Of course, piracy in general can easily get passed an online check system, but hey why would Microsoft be interested in actually understanding a problem.
This certainly does suck, but notice how Sony handles this sort of terrible news so much better than Microsoft. No one is telling the customer to just buy a PS3 or anything stupid like that. Notice the customer service agent apologizes and talks about making every effort to correct the issue.
This sucks, but because it is being handled well I don't have any negative feelings towards Sony. Interesting how that works, eh.
This is good news, but this shit is going to be abused so heavily it's not even funny. Publishers thought game sharing was bad, wait until this hits lol.
This would be awesome. If this happens it completely changes the digital landscape and how we think about digital content altogether. I really hope this happens.
Good to see Microsoft keeping with their current trend of offering less for more.
Oh Microsoft, does the mistakes ever end.
Basically, these articles are trying to get people ready for an all digital future by using a bunch of lies to deceive people about what could have been.
Stuff like this is why I am staying away from the Xbox One altogether. Before these articles started popping up I was actually going to buy a Xbox One after the news of the DRM removal. I don't hate anyone that buys the system, but if I had known that buying a 360 would have supported this crude I never would have broug...
