It's an arcade game developed by an independent developer, that is one of the pluses of xbox live arcade, you can make cheap games and make some good loot in the process. The rsx has 256mb of dedicated ram, the cpu uses the other 256mb of ram, I hate sony and I even know this. Look around at what the developers said about the 256mb of ram, they said it will be a nightmare running high res textures through 256mb of ram.

But a 550mhz gpu with 256mb of dedicated couldn't possibly run games like quad sli which is 4 time that with 2gb of dedicated memory. In case you haven't heard the PS3 gpu cost $70 to produce, if it was that powerful it sure as hell wouldn't be in a ps3.
