Of course not, but I also didn't think it was possible to be THIS far behind meeting demand in Japan. I haven't seen a single Switch available on any store shelf in and around Tokyo in 6 months. That's BAD. As such, I have absolutely zero faith in Nintendo to increase production by any meaningful amount.

No, he's 100% correct in its usage. They literally raffle tickets saying "You can buy a Switch today." Once you win a ticket you also have the 'right' to decline the purchase, but that would just be silly.

The safety rating thing seems pretty stupid to me. I'd much rather them have a robust, hyper realistic vehicle damage system instead.
