Possibly, but it could just be that God of War is so huge for Sony that they wanted this trailer available in as many places possible. Not saying you're wrong, because I don't doubt a Vita God of War game is coming, but them putting this trailer on the Vita store might not be related.
Skipping out on AC3 just because you feel that the current consoles are getting limited by their hardware is probably the worst excuse I've ever heard for skipping a game. While games may be starting to get limited by the hardware, you also have to consider that developers have gotten very familiar with the current consoles and finding ways to optimize them as much as possible. This means that technically AC3 be better than its predecessors, which I think would make for a better argumen...
Right, but was anyone mad at them for creating a bad ending with the intention of releasing paid DLC? No, they were just mad that there was a bad ending. I'm just saying that if we made just as big of a fuss over this business practice as people made over the disliked ending...maybe it would make them rethink things? People are constantly complaining about how BS it is that these companies are doing DLC the way they do, but there is never a serious outcry about it. However if someone ...
Actually, I disagree. While the end result was free DLC, the real outcry should be with these business practices. Gamers shouldn't be crying about the ending of a game with the intent of changing the ending if the intended ending was the creative result. Nobody knew that a planned paid DLC was being released in the future, they were just mad that they didn't like the ending that they got. The only thing this resulted in was them taking DLC that they had already planned to release,...
At least you're still willing to play the game rather than being one of these "I'm totally not interested in this game, and to prove it I'm going to say it in every RE6 post that I see." people.
I would rather have an action RE game rather than no RE game at all. There are still characters that I find interesting, and I would like to see how this all plays out. Do I wish it was still more survival horror? Of course. Will it keep me from enjoying th...
I only ever got "stuck" in the terrain once. I got inside of a little teepee building and couldn't get back out. Once in 80 hours doesn't disqualify a game from being great, for me.
I agree. I ran into the occasional freeze that would result in me having to reboot my PS3, but it didn't happen very often. Considering the hours I put into the game it had to have been less than 1% of the time.
So you must not have liked any of the RE games since you've never been able to run and shoot?
That kid is now working for Google, by the way.
Yea, I could give a damn about GTA, I want some details on Red Dead Rebellion!
Maybe they can pull it off w/o a RROD fiasco.
Yea I had something similar happen to me and it scared me. After holding the power button for 30 seconds it came back. I didn't even know about recovery mode. I just kept holding it down and praying. Sounds like you've already tried recovery though.
It's early in the Vita lifecycle, and there aren't a ton of games yet for it. I've beaten Uncharted, and I'm working on Ninja Gaiden right now. There are few other games I want, but can't afford at the moment because I want to pickup some anticipated titles that aren't out yet like Mortal Kombat.
So, being able to play the PSOne classics would be nice. Especially for us PS+ members. I just downloaded the Silent Hill game last night, and playing ...
I didn't feel a sarcasm tag was necessary, but apparently it was...
DOOOOOOOM! DOOOOOOM and GLOOOOOOM! SONY SUCKS!!!! VITA SUUUUUUUUCKS!!!
Well, for me at least, I've liked that Sony had gone for power with the PS3. The specs we're hearing about seem like they aren't going that route this time.
I'm concerned they're going more for the casual gimmick deployment this time around. Less power means (to me) that they want to capitalize on the success on Nintendo and push for motion or other "hot" features over graphics.
^Hahaha
"Wait, so everyone doesn't jizz on their games?"
Not sure why you only have 1 bubble, but well said and + bubbles from me.
Used games have been around for ever and it's never killed the gaming industry up to this point.
Also, I've heard people use game rentals as a reason for developers losing money on new game sales. Last I knew rental companies have to pay a pretty high royalty fee for each copy they purchase. They aren't going out and buying $60 copies and renting them out.

There is no way Valve would team with Apple to make a console. They like open consoles where they have freedom to do what they want. Apple would never give them the freedom they want.
