The way I see it, Battlefield 3 will shine like the crazy diamond it is on the pc, and the console versions will just be good. MW3 is just an old horse. IMO, BF3 will be superb...for PC players and I personally think it should have been PC exclusive. As because for Me, I'm getting Gears 3
because I rather have an amazing game for my system rather than a watered down version of one. If I had a PS3 I'd just get U3 or Resistance 3. BF3 will be jaw-dropping, but only for the PC.
I'm pleasantly surprised to see Bastion first, I pegged for august really. But I'm not complaining at all. Now if only I knew how much ms.splosion man was, I'd be fully set.
Actually he's blind. This year has been breakout for game narrative. Portal 2, L.A Noire, Bastion and the upcoming uncharted 3, are all providing interesting ways to give good game narrative.
The FarCry devs are always making these general statements.

From an objective standpoint, there is no way you can say GT5 looks better. It's right there, Forza 4 clearly has the edge in the screenshots. We'll no for sure when the game drops though.

That conference wasn't the best, but I've seen worse. I mean, everyone kept saying "prove kinect actually has games" and I think MS did to an extent. There was enough effort in what MS is doing to show people that they aren't giving up on Kinect. That said, more core games MS. Seriously, and considering how many games are coming to xbla soon, why wasn't that highlighted?
