... uhmmmmmmm.
I mean, unless you have the memory of plantar, who can forget the most outrageous outright left hook to the jaw slugs Valve's entire management line has laid down on the PS3.. and now, after the FUD didn't kill the PS3 but rather it's growth is rapid, it's now "Oh, yeah, we've always love the PS3 so we'll now get some games rollin' out on it"
LOLZ! Egg on face FTMFW! XD
THIS courtesy of the very diligent, loyal and intensely STRO...
Cause, as we all can OBVIOUSLY see, the gaming experience you get with Killzone 2 is "only" 1 point better than this game. Meaning, Deadly Premonition, in general, is not really that far off from the gaming experience you get with Killzone2.
How awesome are we gamers and our beloved metacritic?
Not even close. MOST gamers solely depend on reviewers to tell them what to play. Even if they've played a demo for themselves and seen tonnes of gameplay footage they still end up saying "I'll wait for the reviews. I trust IGN, GS, GT etc etc"
Gamers who rely on their own eyes and info from other gamers who have also experienced the game are in the minority unfortunately.
It wasn't a PS3 exclusive. It was multiplat from the beginning and development on the PS3 was already in the works but "business" decisions kept out the PS3 version.
In laymans's talk that means, MS gave the same incentives they do to so many other 3rd party developers, to have their games come out on the 360 first and then later on the PS3.
Book it, Metro 2033 will be on the PS3 within a year after it launches on the 360 and seeing as it's a Single player ...
lol! Timed Exclusive confirmed.
Gad, this is just crazy. MS can't possibly think this is a good strategy to try and keep multiplat titles only on the 360 for a period of time. I don't see how that helps get new comers to go get the console, I just don't.
Dude, just get a PS3.
You see all these 360 gamers actually justifying this and saying PS3's system is worse when in fact the PS3 systems are way better and efficient at preventing exactly this thing of thing that's common on the Xbox360.
IF you complain about this and still use the 360's online then you're just a fool when there's a PS3 that's free and you just don't get these type of issues - rampant MOD abuse, Gay & female bashing, insane racial slurs from kid...
I'll have to go check it out for sure.
They just depend on timed exclusivity for games you can get on any other gaming platform. Who in their right mind would go buy a 360 for timed exclusives? Yeah, no one in their right mind thus the reason MS love the 360 fanbase.
Zipper simply rocks lol
Note to many other FPS online developers making a killing on their 15mill units sold game - THIS is how you support your online gaming community.
FREE is soooooo gooooooood lol
Why would a timed exclusive be the game to make you purchase a console for $300? Yeah, disagree all you want but you all know Splinter Cell will be on the PS3 6-12months from it's launch on the 360.
HAHA! you want to hand on those crappy looking screen shots of MGS4 that you guys have been throwing around uh? Splinter Cell doesn't come close to the scale MGS4 displayed and still doesn't look as good. Keep delusional 360fans.
Your damned right. I would do the exact same thing too. I'd even have Halo Kart racing, Halo RPG, Halo NFL/NBA/NHL/LACROSS and Halo MMO flooding the market too. I really can't fault MS or Bungie for this. They have a consumer base that eats up this universe. It's a wonder there isn't a halo game out every year.
The Xbox360: It only Milks everything.
Wow, the crap you guys tolerate from MS is just simply unbelievable.
Those that believed a 360 arcade was just good enough if you only wanted to game, and all the millions with 20gig 360s, will now HAVE get a 60gig or larger HDD from MS at $95-$160... wow.
Oh well,
R.I.P
...nearly 2 years after KZ2 came out is "too soon"?
*grabs crotch and squeals in girlish excitement*
I hear you to a certain degree but I have to say that though I personally couldn't give a rats butt if L4D is on the PS3 or not but Half Life and Portal have been insane gems for me and though they were never at risk of ever not being on the PS3, it's great to see a naysayer developer like Valve eat crow.
@2.0
That's an OLD tired argument. Gamers on the PS3 see that they have BOTH graphics AND gameplay to high quality levels. The PS3 base does not have to settle for ...
