How you can't be impressed with the graphical look of this game is beyond me.
Now, you mention ONE single downloadable game on any other gaming platform that come anywhere close to SOCOM's graphical looks and maybe I'd agree with you. Warhawk was viewed as a stunning title graphically for a downloadable game and this game beats it badly in that regard so how can the graphics be bad?
Hell, go look at vids shot from MGO and CoD4 and you'll see that even these full fled...

I've been waiting and hoping an annoucement for this sim on the PS3 sicne 2006 and now they tease me by puting this puppy on a phone.

I've been saying this since the beginning of 2007, and yes, I got a bunch of death treats but now everyone seems to be seeing it more clearly as time goes on.
but I've got to love the strategy Sony's implementing with MMOs for the PS3. I really think it'll pay off big for them down the road.

This is something I've been slammed about saying around Q1 of 2007 and even did a blog on it later on from there. The writing's been on the wall since the Q1 of 2007 and really showed it's self, to me atleast, by the end of 2007 that MS were making plans to bail from the hardware side of things.

I didn't see all this "it's broken" stuff for other games like Warhawk beta testing and that game was way worse with it booting you off almost every 3-4mins and lagged like crazy the first 2 weeks.
Gaming editorial pieces aren't about providing info anymore. It's one huge fanboy irritant game just to win the "clicks-on-our-website " battle.
I am interested in seeing if this will have any effect on wii sales though.
