This is easily a $14.99 downloadable game on live or PSN but ofcourse it'll be 50bucks on Nintendo on launch day. It's ridiculous! Burnout is a $24.99 game on PSN, Wipeout HD is a 19.99 game. This doesn't push nearly the amount of resources as these games push.
R&C is also 14.99 but Im sure this game will be longer in length than it so $14.99 on PSN would sound about right. It's just crazy the ammount of money nintendo and others are making off this product. Insane prices for...
Can't believe it's fanbase willingly put up with the crap they're feed. This game is a last gen product. There is NOTHING this game is doing that couldn't be done on last gen consoles like the GC, the PS2 or Xbox. All you get with the wii is developers having an easier, quicker time to smoothen out graphical egdes.
All this delusioned talk by the nintendo fanbase trying to say this is more a current gen title than even Killzone II because you can customize the HUD is just delusio...

when this game got announced, a tonne of the PS3 fanbase thought "DAYUM! that looks like a Playstation type game. I'd totally hit that."
It is the one (and only) 360 game that made me sit up but as soon as I saw EA put up 800mill to acquire Bioware I felt great cause I knew they were going to be looking to put that thing on even the leapster leapfrog & Diji to make sure they maximize they're returns on that heavy 800mill.
Exceptional value... but I'm thinking.. what gives? Ahhhhh, Killzone II's coming. I see now. Still, exceptional value for those who'd like to try it out now.

People are disappointed sure but don't let that fool you. This game will set faces on FIRE when it gets released no matter the time period.
You want to know what the 360 SHOULD be doing by now? go look at the same time period with the PS2 & Xbox and you'll see that the 360 has been leaking blood for a long time and holding on to grab as many suckers as it can before it sinks.
A console that came out a year before all others with NO competition and is in it's 4th year is only ahead of it's major competition by 8million?.. you've got to be a fool not to see this is an big problem for MS's 360.
To me, to whole series is very average for a shooter. The first one had ever mundane and bland gamplay and this one seems to be the same. The pacing of the game is just plain straight, almost rail like, shooting.
and yes, the demo on the PS3 has framerate issues. I've been gaming for longer than most here have been alive and I know the difference btw tapping the triangle button for slow down and framerate issues. Plus, I had numerous instances where the sound would cut out or go ...

The PS2 had a failure rate of less than 5% not 6% and it's already well documented that the first 18months on the market, the 360 had a failure rate of over 60%

I'm actually every surprised that a lot of people didn't know - or so it seems from the posts on this thread - that L4D was only a timed exclusive for the 360.
the 360 updates seems to nearly always be very meh and bland.
So it would seem FF13 would have been ready for release in NA & EU shortly after it's release in JPN (maybe April 09) with FFVs. coming for Christmas period, November 09.
But now in order to have a simultaneous launch (so as to get the 360 version up to par on several discs) FF fans will have to wait a year for FF13 and 2 years for FFVs.?

If you haven't actually seen him on your friends list as play a game then that would mean he probably just got a PSN ID registered from the PC and not with an actual PS3.
